★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not do the test I requested and I could not call or message them to try to fix it. So I just lost time and money for nothing. It took 3 tries to draw blood and it hurt everytime and the nurse was coughing a lot.

Had my negative test uploaded & also sent via email by the end of the day (took it on Thursday and flew out Sunday). I went in the morning and was there for less than 10 minutes, super quick and very well organized it seemed! For those of us not staying at an all inclusive resort, this is a great place to get your covid test to fly back to the states!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed 2 Covid-19 antigen tests for my return trip to the United States for my husband and I. Walked in with no appointment on a Sunday (Valentine’s Day) no less, and we were in and out within 10 minutes! Remarkable! $1000mxn per antigen test, and the lab technician was very helpful and courteous, making sure all of our information was correct and we knew how to obtain our same day ready results. Will update with how long results took but I am super satisfied with my experience here! Great lab! And not too far from the beach ;)
Update: Results were available after 5pm the same day, as promised, via a very user friendly portal! 10/10 would recommend

Pre-paid online via PayPal (card also accepted) and then showed up.
There were no other patients waiting.
One of the two staff spoke decent English and got us taken care of quickly.
They weren't overly "brain-stabby" with the swabs, and were particularly gentle with my husbands nose when he asked for it.
Results were emailed in a couple of hours.
Price was 500 pesos.
Clean and nice building with parking (albeit limited) and A/C.
Park in the spots to the left in the front of the building, the righthand spots are reserved for neighboring businesses.
