★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a pedir informes y la persona que me atendió (señora de lentes) lo hizo de una manera muy grosera, se ve que estaba enojada; la otra señorita se veía amable. Yo sé que no les afecta pero por esa razón me iré a otra clínica.
Today I went to ask for reports and the person who attended me (lady with glasses) did it in a very rude way, you can see that she was angry; the other lady looked nice. I know it does not affect them but for that reason I will go to another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy inhumanos . Lleve a mi mamá hacerle un ultrasonido en estado delicado y no me recibieron , que porque la dra ya se iba. Y estábamos dentro del horario. Y me asome y la dra muy agusto sentada.
Very inhuman. I took my mother to do an ultrasound in a delicate state and they did not receive me, because the doctor was already leaving. And we were on schedule. And I looked out and she was very comfortable sitting down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio,se tardan en atender las asistentes,ya que dicen q ultrasonidos empiezan a las 8 am y siendo el primer paciente pasan a las 9 y todavia les preguntas y te dicen que te esperes. Siendo q son labs q hacen prueba covid y uno embarazada no es seguro.
No mandan los resultados por correo aunque los pidas. Los mandan cuando quieren y tienes que estarles hablando
Isan guantes de latex sipara todo,siendo que con eso pueden causar infecciones cruzadas,ya que en ningun momentos se los cambian.
Terrible service, the assistants take time to attend, since they say that ultrasounds begin at 8 am and being the first patient they pass at 9 and you still ask them and they tell you to wait. Being that they are labs that test for covid and a pregnant one is not safe.
They don't send the results by mail even if you ask for them. They send them when they want and you have to be talking to them
Isan latex gloves are for everything, being that with that they can cause cross infections, since they are not changed at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios regulares, la atención es buena, la única queja es con un joven muy salvaje que toma las pruebas covid. Por viajes me he hecho cinco y esta es la única que me lastimó horrible y me dejó dos días con sangrado. Él asegura que es normal, pero solo ahí me ha ocurrido esto.
The regular prices, the attention is good, the only complaint is with a very wild young man who takes the covid tests. From trips I have done five and this is the only one that hurt me horrible and left me with bleeding for two days. He assures that it is normal, but only then has this happened to me.
