★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, llame para un ultrasonido y me comentaron que era con cita. Pedí la cita a las 12, llegué puntual y pasaron 3 pacientes antes que yo, más una chica que se puso a discutir con el ginecólogo, hablaban tan alto que se escuchaba todo y otra Dra. les pidió que bajarán la voz. Pase cerca de la 1:20. Entiendo que la situación y humor del Dr. estuvieran afectados por el incidente con la otra chica, pero hacer comentarios al respecto lo considero poco profesional. Termino el ultrasonido (durante el cual hizo preguntas y opiniones personales que tampoco fueron prudentes). Nos pidió salir del consultorio para interpretar el resultado, (esperamos más tiempo de los 15 minutos que le habían comentado cuando hice la cita que se tardaban en dar los resultados) y solo nos los dieron en un sobre en recepción, no nos dijo nada de manera personal ni alguna opinión con respecto al estudio que pedí. No se para que dan citas si no las van a respetar. NO VOLVERÉ A IR NI RECOMENDARÉ AL Dr. Iván Leyva. Sobre los demás servicios no puedo opinar pero tampoco me dan ganas de regresar a averiguarlo. Si pudiera ponerle 0 estrellas lo haría.
Terrible customer service, I called for an ultrasound and they told me it was by appointment. I made an appointment at 12, I arrived on time and 3 patients passed before me, plus a girl who began to argue with the gynecologist, they spoke so loudly that everything could be heard and another Dr. asked them to lower their voice. Pass around 1:20. I understand that Dr.'s situation and mood were affected by the incident with the other girl, but commenting on it is considered unprofessional. He finished the ultrasound (during which he asked personal questions and opinions that were also unwise). He asked us to leave the office to interpret the result, (we waited longer than the 15 minutes that they had told him when I made the appointment that it took them to give the results) and they only gave them to us in an envelope at the reception, he did not tell us anything about personal way or any opinion regarding the study I requested. I do not know why they give dates if they are not going to respect them. I WILL NOT GO AGAIN OR RECOMMEND Dr. Iván Leyva. I can't comment on the other services, but it doesn't make me want to go back to find out. If I could put 0 stars on it I would.
