★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 6 de agosto realice unos estudios para mi hija y para mi, me dijeron que tardaban 5 días hábiles para darme el resultado y hasta hoy 15 días después no los he recibido. Fui al laboratorio y me comento la señorita que llamara por teléfono, el cual es un lio para que te enlace la llamada. Hoy me logre contactar con el laboratorio y me dijeron que en 10 min me los enviaban y ya pasaron 5h y sigo sin recibir nada.
 On August 6, I carried out some studies for my daughter and me, they told me that it took 5 business days to give me the result and until today 15 days later I have not received them. I went to the laboratory and the lady told me to call by phone, which is a mess for me to link the call. Today I was able to contact the laboratory and they told me that in 10 minutes they would send them to me and 5 hours have passed and I still do not receive anything.

El resultado de mi estudio estuvo a tiempo y ese mismo día trate de generar mi CFDI o sea mi FACTURA FISCAL, hasta hoy no la he obtenido...la respuesta del LABORATORIO CERTOLAB es que su sistema de facturación NO FUNCIONA EL ÚLTIMO DIA DEL MES...Me urge mi FACTURA para efectos fiscales...y el Laboratorio NO ME DA SOLUCIÓN.
I went to the Izcalli Branch on the last day of the month. The result of my study was on time and that same day I tried to generate my CFDI, that is, my TAX INVOICE, until today I have not received it...the response from the CERTOLAB LABORATORY is that its invoicing system DOES NOT WORK ON THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH ...I need my INVOICE for tax purposes...and the Laboratory DOES NOT GIVE ME A SOLUTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He acudido a diversas sucursales de Certolab, es la primera vez que visitó esta sucursal y la atención me pareció magnífica; es un maravilloso servicio el que brindan.
Las personas de recepción son muy amables, atentas y profesionales, en especial el Químico Oscar Vázquez Rivera, quién me pudo orientar respecto a los estudios que necesitaba, ofreciéndome un paquete completo de todo lo que necesitaba, ya que muchas veces como paciente no sabemos de qué se trata el estudio que nos manda el médico. Y el químico fue muy amable en explicarme a detalle cada estudio.
Aunado a ello, quién me realizó dichos estudios fue el mismo químico y eso como paciente me brindó más seguridad ya que lo que buscamos en un laboratorio es precisamente gente profesional y que hagan bien su trabajo.

The people at the reception are very kind, attentive and professional, especially the Chemist Oscar Vázquez Rivera, who was able to guide me regarding the studies I needed, offering me a complete package of everything I needed, since many times as a patient we do not know about what the study that the doctor sends us is about. And the chemist was very kind in explaining each study in detail.
In addition to this, the person who performed these studies on me was the same chemist and that, as a patient, gave me more security since what we are looking for in a laboratory is precisely professional people who do their job well.
