Falta de etica y nula empatia con el paciente geriátrico. La persona que dice ser gerente es la peor. Poor attention from staff, despots and discriminatory. They are an embarrassment to health personnel. Lack of ethics and no empathy with the geriatric patient. The person who claims to be a manager is the worst.

N	Nancy Nayeli Zamudi Vera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudimos a este establecimiento suponiendo que el costo elevado de los estudios era por la atención y calidad del lugar, Nunca había estado tan equivocada. llevamos a mis abuelos para unas radiografías y fuimos tratados peor que delincuentes, el personal sumamente prepotente negó el servicio por suponer que ellos tenian COVID , de no creerse la reacción que tuvieron hacia ellos, literal los corrieron del lugar. me queda claro que el uniforme que usan les queda muy grande. pésimo servicio me siento profundamente ofendida .... A las radiografías de rayos X no le hacen la interpretación. Y no tienen servicio para realizar un electrocardiograma. At the Araucarias Branch in Xalapa. Very despotic all the employees. He asistido a todos los laboratorios Chopo que hay en Xalapa y nunca había tenido alguna queja hasta que tuve que asistir a la sucursal de Araucarias. En las demás filiales son súper amables, atentos y dan información adecuada.
X	Ximena Cabrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cero empatía con el paciente poco amables… uno pensaría que por ser particular se gana uno el derecho de ser atendido de manera digna pero me atrevería a decir que hasta en el IMSS te atienden mejor, hicieron pasar un trago muy amargo a mi mamá dando un diagnóstico fatalista cuando ni su propio médico lo dijo! Repito: PÉSIMO SERVICIO! Terrible service, zero empathy with the unkind patient... one would think that by being private one would earn one the right to be treated in a dignified manner but I would dare to say that even in the IMSS they treat you better, they made me go through a very bitter drink mom giving a fatalistic diagnosis when even her own doctor didn't say so!
