★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, solo que a veces tardan en realizar los estudios y tardan más en entregar resultados, posiblemente debido al poco personal que tienen por la pandemia. Fuera de eso, muy buen servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio a clientes. El personal es agresivo e incompetente. Siendo mi esposa embarazada, me preocuparía hasta la violencia obstétrica en este sucursal. Sacando cita es igual que llegando sin cita. Si hay pocas personas, la espera es larga. Si hay muchas personas, la espera es aun peor.
COVID-19:
Para electrocardiograma, no sanitizan entre pacientes y ni siquiera hacen cambio de campo.
Very bad customer service. The staff is aggressive and incompetent. Being my pregnant wife, I would even worry about obstetric violence in this branch. Making an appointment is the same as walking in without an appointment. If there are few people, the wait is long. If there are many people, the wait is even worse.
COVID-19:
For electrocardiograms, they do not sanitize between patients and do not even change the field.

Llegué 10:30 para un estudio que no requiere cita y la gerente (blanca cabello negro) me dijo que había espera de 1 hr a 1hr y media. (cerraban a las 12 ese día) Y acepté. Después de esperar 1 hr salió a decirme si podría venir al siguiente día, no podía y le dije que no. Se fue y a las 11:58 sale a decirme que la doctora que hace ese estudio, (ultrasonido) no me lo podía hacer. La razón: ay no se, se negó. Y me enviaron a sucursal jinetes. Cuándo llego ahí me comenta la doctora que a ella le hablaron desde las 10:30 pidiendo si me podía recibir y a las 12:00 volvió a marcar para ver si ya me habían enviado para allá y le comentan que apenas me iban a decir. ?
AWFUL ATTENTION FROM ALL STAFF. DO NOT GO.
I arrived 10:30 for a study that does not require an appointment and the manager (white black hair) told me that there was a wait of 1 hr to 1 hr and a half. (They closed at 12 that day) And I accepted. After waiting 1 hr he came out to tell me if I could come the next day, I couldn't and I said no. He left and at 11:58 a.m. he came out to tell me that the doctor doing that study (ultrasound) couldn't do it to me. The reason: oh I don't know, he refused. And they sent me to the horsemen branch. When I got there, the doctor told me that they had spoken to her from 10:30 am asking if she could receive me and at 12:00 she dialed again to see if they had already sent me there and they told her that they were hardly going to tell me. ?

No tenían técnicos de ultrasonido y nos dejaron esperando al rededor de una hora, cuando recibieron muestras de orina se les indicó que se tomó a las 5 a.m. y ellos anotaron que es a las 6.
La misma persona que recibe, limpia y cobra es la misma que toma las muestras.
No se por que bajo tanto la calidad del chopo, para nada recomiendo esta sucursal deja mucho que desear y hace dudar al usuario
Unfortunately you cannot put less than one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en mastografia me he hecho anteriores y no me dolía tanto como aquí ,te lastiman horrible ,te jalonea y parece molesta toda el tiempo en otro lugares les decía que pararan para relajarme y aquí no quiso el peor lugar para este estudio de verdad salí llorando ?
Terrible service in mammography I have done before and it did not hurt as much as here, they hurt you horribly, it pulls you and seems annoying all the time in other places I told them to stop to relax and here he did not want the worst place for this study I really went out crying ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que fui tarde 1.5 horas en pasar, me picaron dos veces porque en la primera no salió, la segunda tuvieron que mover la aguja y me terminaron picando la oreja para sacar la muestra que faltaba.
Tuve que regresar 3 días después porque unos estudios iban incompletos y otros
no eran los que el médico solicitaba.
Obviamente me los cobraron de nuevo ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy grata experiencia en cuanto al servicio y la atención en esta sucursal, gran prioridad a protocolos de seguridad e higiene por pandemia. La sucursal muy limpia, ordenada y bien iluminada, anfitriona, personal de recepción y técnico especializado muy amables y serviciales en todo momento. Esta sucursal si cuenta con rayos X además de sanitarios limpios. La sucursal se encuentra dentro de una pequeña plaza con un estacionamiento bastante amplio, justo enfrente de Valle Dorado, muy recomendable para realizar estudios o placas de rayos x.
Very pleasant experience in terms of service and attention in this branch, a high priority for safety and hygiene protocols due to pandemic. The branch very clean, tidy and well lit, hostess, reception staff and specialized technician very friendly and helpful at all times. This branch does have X-rays in addition to clean toilets. The branch is located in a small plaza with a fairly large parking lot, just in front of Valle Dorado, highly recommended for studies or x-ray films.
