★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son nada cordiales con el trato, no existe ningún descuento que onda me costaron los mismos estudios acá el doble que en otro laboratorio.
They are not at all cordial with the treatment, there is no discount that wave cost me the same studies here twice as in another laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Les sugiero que contraten. Gente capacitada! Te cobran ( el reembolso es de 20 a 40 días) y luego te dicen que algunos estudios no los tienen y te mandan a otra sucursal! No tienen idea de los estudios en la recetas! Y quieren ellos asignar el que ellos muy pésimo!
Terrible service! I suggest you hire. Skilled people! They charge you (the refund is 20 to 40 days) and then they tell you that some studios don't have them and they send you to another branch! They have no idea of the studies in the recipes! And they want them to assign what they very lousy!

Terrible service, there is no coordination of schedules between the call center and the branch, I arrived 30 minutes before the established time and they told me "no, only until one o'clock; we are independent from the call center"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Hablé por teléfono a Chopo y me dijeron que sí podía venir a esta sucursal. Llegué y tenían un letrero de que no tenían servicio.
Terrible service. I spoke to Chopo on the phone and they told me that I could come to this branch. I arrived and they had a sign that they had no service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Deberían hacer filtros para contratar a su personal. No me quisieron atender y un trato pésimo. Recomiendo busquen otras opciones de laboratorio, en lo personal a todas las personas que conozco les menciono no acudan a esos laboratorios.
Terrible attention. They should make filters to hire their staff. They did not want to attend to me and a terrible treatment. I recommend looking for other laboratory options, personally to all the people I know I mention do not go to those laboratories.
