★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es terrible la atención, no tienen cambio. No hay nadie que tomé temperatura al entrar. Se niegan a hacer descuento a personas de la tercera edad. Son groseros y más las chicas que atienden tomando datos.
The attention is terrible, they have no change. There is no one who took temperature when entering. They refuse to discount seniors. They are rude and more the girls who attend taking data.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Nunca contestan. Tengo dos días llamando en diferentes horas y nunca contestan. Direccionaron todos los teléfonos de las sucursales a uno solo y siempre está ocupado.
La cajera súper prepotentes. Muy mal servicio de atención al cliente, se .molesta si le haces una pregunta.
Terrible service. They never answer. I have two days calling at different times and they never answer. They addressed all the branch office telephones to just one and it is always busy.
The super pushy cashier. Very bad customer service, he gets upset if you ask him a question.

Disgusting service. The lab technicians are fine, but the receptionist is obnoxious, with a bad face. You ask something and he gets offended. Terrible!

Acudimos a realizar una prueba COVID, la cual nos negaron, ya que segun ahi no la realizan. Sin embargo antes y depues de esto, en servicio telefonico, nos indicaron y aseguraron que en esa sucursal si la realizaban. Una perdida de tiempo, a final resulto que el personal de la sucursal simplemente no la queria hacer!!!
Huge Disappointment
We went to carry out a COVID test, which they denied us, since according to what they do not do there. However, before and after this, in telephone service, they indicated and assured us that they did it at that branch. A waste of time, in the end it turned out that the branch staff simply did not want to do it !!!

Instrumentales y máquinas de recién generación.
Personal capacitado y con muy buen trato.
Obvio esa calidad cuesta y los precios son por encima de otros laboratorios más sencillos.
Se agenda cita, se acude según las instrucciones que te dan y entregan a tiempo los resultados.
Laboratory for quality medical studies.

Trained staff with very good treatment.
Obviously that quality costs and the prices are above other simpler laboratories.
Schedule an appointment, go according to the instructions they give you and deliver the results on time.
