My husband and I are here to get tested for COVID as a requirement to travel. We called first to complete the questionnaire before our appointment and they took great care of us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cuando llegamos a pedir una prueba rápida COVID, sólo había una persona atendiendo, cobrando, registrando personas y tomando muestra. Había muchas personas dentro del local sin nada de ventilación, muy peligroso en época COVID. No me entregaron ningún comprobante y tampoco entregaron el resultado a tiempo. No lo entregan ni en 30 minutos ni en 2 horas.
Terrible service, when we got to ask for a rapid COVID test, there was only one person attending, charging, registering people and taking a sample. There were many people inside the premises without any ventilation, very dangerous in COVID times. They did not give me any proof and they did not deliver the result on time. They do not deliver it in 30 minutes or 2 hours.
