They could help meeeee they sent me to do x-rays, but the doctor told me I must speak to indicate how I should present myself and you never answer, I have been trying to communicate for days and the phones are busy or you do not answer, or they leave you on hold, I am desperate.

Me dieron cita al otro día y al momento de pagar tenía un cupón con 30% de descuento pero el sistema solo autorizaba el 10%. Al ir a recoger los resultados no estaban listos tuve wue regresar al otro día . Pésimo servicio . I went to do a study and since it was 5:30 and they close at 6 they did not want to do it. They gave me an appointment the next day and when I paid I had a coupon with a 30% discount but the system only authorized 10%. When I went to collect the results, they were not ready, I had to return the next day. Terrible service .

They always sanitize, they take good care of you. The only thing I didn't like is that my mother couldn't come with me to wait for me when there were only two more patients.

Si en sus llamadas no pueden atender bien, imagínense en persona. Los costos son excesivos comparando con otros lados (esto lo digo cuando ya al fin me atendieron y me dieron la información). Nunca los volveré a tomar en cuenta en mi vida. Horrible attention. I called to verify costs of some studies. 15 min. waiting and nothing. It's the worst. If you cannot answer well in your calls, imagine yourself in person. The costs are excessive compared to other places (I say this when they finally attended me and gave me the information). I will never take them into account again in my life.

El tiempo de espera en recepción es un poco prolongado, pero la señorita de rayos x fue rápida y muy amable en su trato, te entregan tu placa al momento. Early in the morning there are a lot of people, but after 11am it is very quiet. In this branch they do not carry out COVID tests. The waiting time at the reception is a bit long, but the X-ray lady was quick and very kind in her treatment, they give you your badge at the moment.

Muy recomendable.
