★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención le comento que tengo una carta solicitando estudios de seleccion de la compañía de seguros de Gastos Medicos Mayores donde me mandan solo a dos laboratorios, obvio chopo y otro gabinete y me dice que no pueden dar citas y que si estoy seguro de que solicitan sea con ellos, lo primero que le dije es que me pidieron hablara a hacer cita a chopo solo sucursal americas, lo cual hice y me dice que segun el me cobraran los analisis, para eso es la carta son examenes de seleccion, lo bueno es que soy el agente, si fuera yo el cliente, pensaria que la compañia de seguros de la cual me ofrecen es mala, aunque en realidad, los malos o en especifico la mala atencion es de su asesor telefonico, que de inicio habla mal de CHOPO.

APPALLING! I DID A QS ON MONDAY AND THAT SAME DAY I HAD TO GET THE RESULT AT 7 PM AND I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING UNTIL THIS SUNDAY. AND I ALREADY CALLED FROM THAT DAY TO TELL THEM ABOUT MY RESULTS, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO SEE IT AND NOTHING, I STILL WITHOUT MY RESULTS. APPALLING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegas temprano, y el recepcionista es quien te saca la muestra. Y a parte te debes de esperar a que llegue más gente, le tomen datos, y hasta que se le da la gana al quimico-recepcionista es cuando te pasan . No es justo
