★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal.. Quien toma la muestra me pico 3 veces y no conseguía la vena. Han pasado 4 días y no me envían los resultados al correo. Llamo para saber de mis resultados y siempre está ocupado.. Mal mal mal ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio en esta sucursal. No la recomiendo en lo más mínimo. Hace un par de meses se negaron a hacerme una prueba de antígeno Covid porque según ellos en esa sucursal no hacen esa prueba cuando yo había sacado mi cotización por internet y ahí decía que sí la hacían. Hoy se negaron a tomarme una muestra de sangre porque según ellos toman muestras hasta las 11:30 y eran las 11:50 cuando de nuevo mi cotización por internet decía que hasta las 12:15. No sé que pasa en esta sucursal, se niegan de cualquier manera a hacer su trabajo, si no les gusta trabajar que no se ofrezcan.
Very bad service at this branch. I do not recommend it in the least. A couple of months ago they refused to do a Covid antigen test because according to them in that branch they do not do that test when I had taken my quote online and there they said that they did. Today they refused to take a blood sample because according to them they take samples until 11:30 and it was 11:50 when again my online quote said until 12:15. I do not know what happens in this branch, they refuse in any way to do their work, if they do not like to work they do not volunteer.
