★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay un par de graves problemas con esta sucursal. Primero: se encuentra realmente en plaza Candiles, no en la flecha marcada en mapa de google.
Segundo: ha estado cerrada desde el inicio de la pandemia, así que no hay servicios, aún si la página oficial dice lo contrario
There are a couple of serious problems with this branch. First: it is actually in Plaza Candiles, not in the arrow marked on the google map.
Second: it has been closed since the start of the pandemic, so there are no services, even if the official website says otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un pésimo servicio, no cumplen con el tiempo de entrega de resultados, groseras las de atención a cliente, desearía cierren estos laboratorios ya que no ven la necesidad de enfermo.
They have a terrible service, they do not meet the delivery time of results, rude customer service, I would like these laboratories to close since they do not see the need for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this location because I was told at another location that this was the only one in Queretaro that provided COVID tests. Although it was a bit of a drive out of our way, it was well worth it because every one of the employees was genuinely nice and very helpful. I was fortunate enough to be first in line for my test and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. At the time of this review, COVID tests are done 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM.
