★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones limpias y cómodas, el único inconveniente fue que no mandaron los resultados por correo electrónico como se comprometieron a hacerlo. Me dijeron que los resultados estarían el mismo día por la tarde y que los resultados los iba a recibir vía correo electrónico pero no sucedió.
The staff is very friendly, the facilities clean and comfortable, the only downside was that they did not send the results by email as they promised to do so. They told me that the results would be the same day in the afternoon and that the results would be received via email but it did not happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquí no hacen estudios de RX ni de ultrasonido solo en Altabrisa aunque su letrero dice los servicios que hacen. ? falta capacitación al personal para la atención. Nunca responden en el teléfono de atención a clientes. Ya deberían cambiarlo.
Here they do not do X-ray or ultrasound studies only in Altabrisa although their sign says the services they do. ? Lack of training of personnel for care. They never answer on the customer service phone. They should change it by now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the location because they advertise Covid 19 test. We needed one to fly out the following day. The woman we spoke with said they did not do them and we could Google a location that does.
The unwillingness to provide any help was shocking but I guess we should not have expected much.
