★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí a éste lugar a realizarme un ultrasonido por que ví que tenía buenos comentarios, pero me llevé una decepción. El personal de la entrada y que te guía es muy amable, pero la "Doctora" que me realizó el estudio tiene una actitud muy grosera y cortante, es ruda, no te ayuda en lo más mínimo a sentirte tranquila o cómoda mientras realiza el procedimiento. Para los costos que manejan yo esperaría una mejor atención, así que por mi parte no volveré a éste lugar a hacerme más estudios.
 I went to this place to have an ultrasound done because I saw that they had good comments, but I was disappointed. The staff at the entrance and who guides you are very friendly, but the "Doctor" who conducted the study on me has a very rude and cutting attitude, she is rude, she does not help you in the least to feel calm or comfortable while performing the procedure . For the costs they handle, I would expect better care, so for my part I will not return to this place to do more studies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad crei que por el prestigio que tienen ofrecían un mejor servicio. Dejan mucho que desear. Sus pecios son mas altos que la media y no tienen mucho tipo de estudios. Ni siquiera la prueba de antígeno para covid.
The truth is that because of the prestige they have, they offer a better service. They leave a lot to be desired. Their wrecks are higher than average and they don't have much education. Not even the antigen test for covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me entregaron mis resultados porque SE FUE LA LUZ y no los pudieron procesar, QUE ESPERE A ver cuando se “restablece el servicio”.
Cómo es posible que una empresa de ese tamaño dependa de las condiciones meteorológicas, que si llueve y hace aire no puedan trabajar porque se va la luz…
Están trabajando con materiales orgánicos, dependen del tiempo, de las temperaturas y quieren que crea a que me van a dar unos resultados confiables, (no se cuando) y que de ello dependa mi salud.
Y para hacer un reembolso de mi dinero…. No saben tampoco cuando, que me hablan!!!
Que lastima de empresa tan poco profesional y un servicio al cliente de pésima calidad
They did not give me my results because THE LIGHT WAS OUT and they could not process them, WHAT TO WAIT TO SEE when "the service is restored".
How is it possible that a company of that size depends on the weather conditions, that if it rains and it is airy, they cannot work because the power goes out ...
They are working with organic materials, they depend on time, on temperatures and they want me to believe that they are going to give me reliable results, (I don't know when) and that my health depends on it.
And to make a refund of my money…. They do not know when, that they speak to me!
What a shame of such an unprofessional company and lousy customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, hice una cita para un ultrasonido de mama y me piden una orden médica para poder hacerlo y su razón es por ser una parte intima , y yo tengo 36 años osea es como si mi autorización no valiera , no pagué $800 pesos por qué tenga ganas que me toquen una mama es absurdo y lamentable que si me lo cobraron pero no especificaron ese detalle tan absurdo.
Terrible, I made an appointment for a breast ultrasound and they ask me for a medical order to be able to do it and their reason is because I am an intimate part, and I am 36 years old, that is, it is as if my authorization was not valid, I did not pay $800 pesos because I have wanting to touch a breast is absurd and unfortunate that they charged me but they did not specify such an absurd detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Teníamos cita, llegamos a tiempo y nos retrasaron una hora porque según había gente con más problemas de salud. Y entonces nosotros porque hibamos?? Muy muy pésimo éste laboratorio!
Very bad service. We had an appointment, we arrived on time and they delayed us an hour because there were people with more health problems. And then why did we go? Very very lousy this lab!
