Llamé para pedir precios y cita para una resonancia magnética: El servicio telefónico es un desmadre, tarda mucho en comunicarte (si es que entra la llamada) y luego cada asesor nos daba un precio diferente. Al momento del estudio el personal in situ muy amable, aunque iban retrasados y nos atendieron 1 hora más tarde de lo acordado. Al final también hubo confusión con las instrucciones para recibir los resultados (recibimos dos instrucciones diferentes de personas diferentes) y tuvimos que esperar dos horas más en lo que los buscaban (sin hallarlos) y reinprímian.
It is a good service but they can improve in many aspects, especially telephone service and organization.
I called to ask for prices and an appointment for an MRI: The phone service is a mess, it takes a long time to communicate (if the call comes in) and then each consultant gave us a different price. At the time of the study, the on-site staff were very friendly, although they were late and they attended us 1 hour later than agreed. In the end there was also confusion with the instructions to receive the results (we received two different instructions from different people) and we had to wait two more hours as they were looking for them (without finding them) and repriming them.

Solo que siempre que acudo ya voy mentalizado para NO estresarme de la atencion del personal de recepcion.
Falta una figura de supervision del servicio o que roten al personal o que los inscriban a un curso de atencion de clientes..
Serian un excelente servicio si tuvieran mas empatia con el cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad me sorprendí ya que vi muy malos comentarios, pero es todo lo contrario. Muy buena atención, todos muy amables. Llegue a las 7:00 a.m por unos estudios de sangre y en 20 min todo estuvo terminado. Solo me quedo esperar a la cita que tenía a las 8:00 a.m. El lugar está muy limpio y sigue con todas las medidas apropiadas del COVID.
The truth was I was surprised since I saw very bad comments, but it is the opposite. Very good attention, all very friendly. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. for some blood tests and in 20 min everything was finished. I just wait for the appointment I had at 8:00 a.m. The place is very clean and continues with all the appropriate COVID measures.
