★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo servicio. Hicieron que desperdiciara mis muestras y abstinencia de 5 días porque no me informaron correctamente sobre el procedimiento.
Recomiendo laboratorios especializados y no comerciales como este.
 Terrible service. They caused me to waste my samples and 5 day abstinence because I was not properly informed about the procedure.
I recommend specialized, non-commercial labs like this one.

En la sucursal de Guadalupe sí noa quisieron atender, aquí les dió flojera, yo creo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio pauperrimo. Primero dicen que no tienen reactivos y de ahí, al regresar, dicen que ya han realizado las pruebas y que ya han despachado todos los reactivos. Ahorita entiendo porque tienen 2.8 estrellas. Además las chicas que atienden, muy mala atención. Realmente no sé cómo este tipo de servicios siguen funcionando.
A very poor service. First they say that they do not have reagents and from there, upon returning, they say that they have already carried out the tests and that they have already dispatched all the reagents. Right now I understand why they have 2.8 stars. Besides the girls who attend, very bad attention. I really don't know how these kinds of services keep working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio profesional. Algo cara la prueba de antígeno covid. Precio justo si se toma en cuenta la buena reputación del negocio. Ellos mismos recomiendan la prueba pcr en lugar de la de antígeno.
Professional service. Somewhat expensive covid antigen test. Fair price if you take into account the good reputation of the business. They themselves recommend the pcr test instead of the antigen test.
