★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya había visto malos comentarios del laboratorio y ahora los confirmo. El servicio que dan es pésimo, no consideran ni respetan el tiempo de los clientes.
Tienen nula seriedad en la información telefónica y personal que te dan, me imagino que sus estudios han de estar igual, carentes de veracidad y calidad en la información. No me explico como han sobrevivido despues de tantas quejas.
Por favor no acudan a este laboratorio, no regalen su tiempo ni dinero.
 I had already seen bad comments from the laboratory and now I confirm them. The service they give is terrible, they do not consider or respect the clients' time.
They have no seriousness in the telephone and personal information that they give you, I imagine that their studies have to be the same, lacking in truthfulness and quality in the information. I cannot explain how they have survived after so many complaints.
Please do not go to this laboratory, do not give away your time or money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace tiempo fui por unos estudios de Rx, y no me los dieron luego, no sirven para una emergencia, las orinas las procesan después de unas tres horas o cuatro en lo que las envían y las procesan ya las muestras son inservibles, los resultados pb se alteran, no son funcionales. Y tanto que nos quejamos del seguro, estos están peor...
Some time ago I went for some Rx studies, and they did not give them to me later, they are not used for an emergency, the urine is processed after about three or four hours in what they send and process them and the samples are useless, the results pb they are disturbed, they are not functional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí por necesidad a este laboratorio pues era de los pocos que contaba con el estudio que necesitaba; por los comentarios pensé lo peor, sin embargo tuve una buena experiencia. Atención algo lenta por el protocolo de Covid-19, sin embargo los resultados los entregan en tiempo y forma. Personalmente los recomiendo.
I went to this laboratory out of necessity because it was one of the few that had the study I needed; I thought the worst from the comments, however I had a good experience. Attention somewhat slow due to the Covid-19 protocol, however the results are delivered in a timely manner. I personally recommend them.

No saludan y creen que nos hacen un favor con atendernos
A mi niña de 2 años y medio la trató quien extrajo la sangre, con indiferencia y quien la asistio le lastimó su manita al sujetarla.
Llegue ahí por la urgencia de los análisis, soy cliente de otro laboratorio, ese día había mucha gente y recurrí al Chopo como alternativa. No lo vuelvo a hacer.
Terrible attention some staff members.
They do not say hello and they think they do us a favor with us
My 2-and-a-half-year-old girl was treated by the one who drew the blood, with indifference and whoever attended her hurt her little hand by holding it.
I arrived there because of the urgency of the analysis, I am a client of another laboratory, that day there were many people and I turned to Chopo as an alternative. I will not do it again.
