Three days after giving me my results they told me that there was an error, luckily my appointment was a week later because they would have put me under a treatment that I do not need. The worst thing is that when I went back for the "correct" results they said exactly the same as the ones that were supposed to be wrong. After this I lost confidence in them, I'm not going back.

Upon arrival, at the entrance there is a notice on the floor that says "wait here to be attended", however, no one came to attend me and at the counter there were unoccupied people who, despite seeing that someone was standing at the entrance, did not They gave instruction to enter the place. After waiting a moment, I went in and walked directly to the counter that had a sign that said "patients by appointment", it was my first instinct since I already had an appointment for a study. The lady at that particular counter asked me to wait to be called without any other particular instructions. As I sat down, I realized that they were calling people in the waiting room in turns. I deduced that there was a shift dispensing machine at the entrance and indeed, I took my turn and sat down again until I was called. Fortunately, there were not many people and I was attended to relatively quickly. However, I do not understand the reason for having the signals of waiting to be seen and of patients by appointment at the counter if they do not serve their purpose. Despite this, Áxel, who took my laboratory shot, treated me in a very attentive, professional and impeccable way.

ZERO RELIABLE. I took a Covid antigen test for a TRIP. Dial results from 30 to 60 minutes, LIE. In the complaint line they can't solve anything and the branch staff walked away without a care. DISGUSTING OF SERVICE and now they have caused me a SERIOUS problem. Update: a month later they continue to delay my return

We went to this branch because in others they did not do the complete studies that were required and the treatment of their staff is terrible, they have no idea what customer service is and they are very, very slow. Not worth it.

I went to the branch because it is the only one that could carry out some studies that the DR had requested and it turned out that their equipment was not working. Bad service, they did not give me a solution other than their number so I could dial and be on the lookout to see if they already fixed their machines

Despite the fact that there were many people, the staff was friendly and very fast, they took the samples right away, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because not all the technicians could take the glucose tolerance curve and I had to wait, but for more general laboratories all very well. I do recommend the branch.

Terrible service, it seems that you are in social security! The reception service Sandra Estrada leaves much to be desired. Have someone tell you that you are not doing a favor by attending if you are not doing a job. Really fatal. The waiting time they tell you will be 1 hour and they become two and a half.. Seriously poplar should do something, this branch is a shame.
