★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo no quieren hacer pruebas de covid y ponen pretextos mi esposo y yo ya estábamos con turno y una chica se acercó a decirnos que ya no había pruebas solo por qué si pésima experiencia te dan un número de otra sucursal y ni siquiera te atienden.
 Terrible they don't want to do covid tests and they put excuses my husband and I were already on shift and a girl came to tell us that there were no tests anymore just because if it's a terrible experience they give you a number from another branch and they don't even attend to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía cita a las 11:00 am , es la 1 de la tarde y no me atienden, se justifican diciendo que fue un error de otra sucursal, deberían ser más empáticos con los pacientes. Esta señorita una grosera y falta de trato con el paciente, nefastos.

Pésimo servicio tardan horas en atenderte
Te cobran los estudios y ya después de perder el tiempo te dicen que no cuentan con el personal para elaborarlos y te mandan a otra sucursal
No deberían de jugar con el tiempo y la salud de las personas si no son eficientes desde un principio deberían reconocerlo
Horrible treatment and attention
Terrible service they take hours to serve you
They charge you for the studies and after wasting your time they tell you that they do not have the staff to prepare them and they send you to another branch
They should not play with time and people's health if they are not efficient from the beginning they should recognize it

La persona que me atendió se aseguró de que entendiera el procedimiento que tenía que realizar, lo cual se me hizo algo muy atento.
Las instalaciones son vanguardistas y la sala de espera, aunque algo sosa, tiene asientos muy cómodos.
Llegar es fácil, caminando, en camión o en auto propio; tiene un pequeño estacionamiento para ésa última opción.
Abren desde temprana hora y cuentan con servicio a domicilio de recolección de muestras para algunos análisis.
Muy contento y a gusto con éste servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención! No respetan los turnos. Perdí mi tiempo en dos sucursales y no me dieron atención. No tienen recepcionistas, tienes que esperar los que toman muestras para que te reciban en la entrada!
Terrible service and attention! They don't respect turns. I wasted my time in two branches and they did not give me attention. They don't have receptionists, you have to wait for the samplers to greet you at the entrance!

Haces fila y esperas horas para pagar el estudio, te dicen que la radiografía te la tomarán en 2hrs, a las 12pm estoy lista para el estudio y resulta que hay otra fila y lista de espera. Otras dos horas sentada. Llega otra señora porque le tomaron mal la radiografía, y la pasan antes que todas las que estamos esperando. Muy mal! No vuelvo a venir a este Chopo!!!
Terrible service! You stand in line and wait hours to pay for the study, they tell you that the X-ray will be taken in 2 hours, at 12pm I am ready for the study and it turns out that there is another line and waiting list. Another two hours sitting. Another lady arrives because the X-ray was taken badly, and they pass it before all those who are waiting. Very bad! I will not come to this Chopo again !!!

Al llegar tienes que tomar turno a lado de donde esta el gel.
