SE EQUIVOCARON CON MI NÚMERO SE FOLIO Y PASARON A 3 PERSONAS QUE IBAN ATRÁS DE MI SIENDO QUE EL FOLIO SE LOS REPETÍ 3 VECES. AL FINAL PERDÍ UN DIA SE TRABAJO . EM SALUD DIGNA NO TARDAS NI 15 MIN CON LQ MISMA CANTIDAD DE PACIENTES Y MA BONITO Y MAA ECONÓMICO. SOLO FUI AHI POR Q ME SOLICITARON QUE FUERA DE ESE LABORATORIO. NO VUELVO AHI ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌
 ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ THE WORST SERVICE EVER GIVEN ME AND THAT WHICH IS A PRIVATE LABORATORY. THEY GOT 3 HOURS FOR A PCR TEST AND WE WERE ONLY 5 PEOPLE. THEY HAVE MIU BAD ORGANIZATION. THEY WERE WRONG WITH MY NUMBER, THEY FOLIOED AND HAPPENED 3 PEOPLE WHO WERE BEHIND ME BECAUSE THE FOLIO REPEATED THEM 3 TIMES. IN THE END I LOST A DAY I WORKED. EM WORTHY HEALTH DOES NOT TAKE OR 15 MIN WITH THE SAME NUMBER OF PATIENTS AND MA BEAUTIFUL AND MAA ECONOMIC. I ONLY WENT THERE WHY THEY REQUESTED ME TO LEAVE THAT LABORATORY. I WILL NOT COME BACK THERE ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 4 horas formada para un prueba de antígenos y nadamás no avanza, solo hay 1 persona haciendo las pruebas, no es posible que no tengan personal para este tipo estudios, entiendo que es pandemia pero pésimo servicio
I have been in line for an antigen test for 4 hours and nothing has progressed, there is only 1 person doing the tests, it is not possible that they do not have personnel for this type of study, I understand that it is a pandemic but terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy déspotas las personas que trabajan ahí éramos 8 personas y me dijeron que ya no me iban atender y supuestamente los análisis COVID son a las 11 AM y llegué a las 10:40 AM
Very despotic, the people who work there were 8 people and they told me that they would no longer attend to me and supposedly the COVID tests are at 11 AM and I arrived at 10:40 AM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de nada sirve antelar el pago, vienes a una prueba covid y estás esperando 5 horas al rayo del sol con mil enfermos, deberían ser más empáticos y ver la forma de mejorar el servicio, nose porque descartan las citas, pésimo servicio, si no vienen enfermos aquí se contagian es increíble.
Terrible service, it is useless to pay in advance, you come to a covid test and you are waiting 5 hours in the sun with a thousand patients, they should be more empathetic and see how to improve the service, I don't know why they rule out appointments, terrible service, yes Sick people don't come here, they get infected, it's incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, pésima velocidad, son extremadamente lentos éramos menos de 15 personas para pruebas rápidas de antígenos y se tardaron 3 horas en que yo pasará, se equivocaron en mi folio y no les aparecía el pago siendo que para eso uno hace cita y paga desde antes, si pueden por favor EVITEN esta sucursal, todavía pasaron a 6 personas antes que a mí siendo que yo estaba formado desde mucho tiempo antes. Mil veces mejor Salud Digna o cualquier otro laboratorio.
Very bad service, terrible speed, they are extremely slow we were less than 15 people for rapid antigen tests and it took 3 hours for me to pass, they made a mistake on my folio and the payment did not appear, being that for that one makes an appointment and pays from before, if you can please AVOID this branch, it still happened to 6 people before me being that I was formed a long time before. A thousand times better Salud Digna or any other laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan demasiado, no llevan un control de las personas registradas y te tienen esperando. Llevo hora y media para una prueba rápida de Covid, de nada sirve que anticipes tu pago y registro con un día de antelación, vas a perder el mismo tiempo, como siempre, México reluciente con la efectividad!!!!!!
They take too long, they don't keep track of the people registered and they keep you waiting. I have spent an hour and a half for a quick Covid test, it is useless to anticipate your payment and registration a day in advance, you are going to lose the same time, as always, Mexico shining with effectiveness !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agende cita con número de folio y no me atendieron argumentado que estaban saturados.(9 personas en fila cuando llegue) pésima atención. Quien necesite prueba COVID acuda a Laboratorios OLAB, súper rápido y al mismo precio.
I made an appointment with a folio number and they did not attend me, arguing that they were saturated. (9 people in line when I arrived) terrible attention. Whoever needs a COVID test go to OLAB Laboratories, super fast and at the same price.
