★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se tardaron casi 1 hora para atender a 4 personas, su proceso de registro es muy lento. Definitivamente no iré nunca más.
Terrible service, it took almost 1 hour to serve 4 people, their check-in process is very slow. I will definitely not go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y actitud del personal de recepción. La peor sucursal de Chopo en Puebla!
Fui por una prueba de VDRL (previamente ya cotizada) con mi cubrebocas, careta y guantes y desde el inicio te tratan mal, como si fueras enfermo de covid19!
La pseudo química que te atiende y llena el formulario con una actitud nefasta, grosera y prepotente.
Opté por hacerme la prueba en otro laboratorio donde sí valoran al cliente con respeto y gentileza.
No vayan nunca a este Chopo.
Terrible attention and attitude of the reception staff. The worst Chopo branch in Puebla!
I went for a VDRL test (previously already quoted) with my face mask, mask and gloves and from the beginning they treat you badly, as if you were sick with covid19!
The pseudo-chemistry that attends you and fills the form with a nefarious, rude and arrogant attitude.
I chose to have the test done in another laboratory where they do value the client with respect and kindness.
Never go to this Poplar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Me dejaron esperando media hora para tomar la muestra, solo había una persona antes que yo. No hay nadie de recepción, había pagado en linea mis estudios para que fuera mas rápida la atención pero no sirvió de nada.
Debería haber mejor servicio por lo que cobran
Terrible service. They left me waiting half an hour to take the sample, there was only one person before me. There is no one at the reception, I had paid for my studies online so that attention would be faster but it did not help.
There should be better service for what they charge

AWFUL SERVICE THE 2 LADIES THAT ARE THERE DON'T KNOW HOW TO TAKE THE BABIES' BLOOD SAMPLES. THEY ONLY HURT BABIES.

Without a doubt, it is one of the most prestigious laboratories that we have, at least in Puebla capital, without making a lower quality and service to the other laboratories. I like their service on Sunday.
