★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la actitud de las personas que atienden fatal, no son nada amables no atienden ni para dar informes simplemente lo peor no puedo poner menos de una estrella porque no me lo permiten pero es fatal la atención del lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendamos a domicilio, pagamos y el dia del estudio no llegaron y dijeron que no cubria la zona, cuando de el laboratorio a mi casa son 8 min en auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son rápidos, eficientes, amables, respetan las normas de seguridad y los resultados de laboratorio son totalmente confiables. El monto de los estudios son caros a comparación a la competencia, el lugar está bien ubicado en una zona céntrica y de alta afluencia que es avenida tezozomoc. Un único aspecto negativo es que en una ocasión vi al personal de recepción sin arreglarse como si se acabaran de despertar. Consideró que deben de dar buena imagen puesto que son estudios de laboratorio privados y no son trabajadores de hospitales públicos.
They are fast, efficient, friendly, respect safety standards and laboratory results are completely reliable. The amount of studies are expensive compared to the competition, the place is well located in a central area and high influx that is Tezozomoc Avenue. A single negative aspect is that on one occasion I saw the reception staff without getting ready as if they had just woken up. He considered that they should give a good image since they are private laboratory studies and are not public hospital workers.
