★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Pésimo servicio! Era mi sucursal de confianza, pero la última ocasión que acudí a realizarme análisis me tardaron demasiado, supuestamente las muestras salieron hemolizadas y tuve que ir a hacerme los análisis de nuevo y en consecuencia los resultados tardaron más.
 Terrible service! It was my trusted branch, but the last time I went for tests they took too long, supposedly the samples came out hemolyzed and I had to go get the tests again and consequently the results took longer.

If you make the payment online they have a minimum discount that helps your pocket, you almost never have to wait long and they are friendly

The terrible service, it takes two hours to assist you, they give you the indications for your incorrect analysis, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan mucho para darte un estudio de rx. Y como le ponen en la hoja entregado. Debes esperar hasta que arreglen su maquina. Uno viene por servicio rápido y aqui eso no aplica.
They take a long time to give you an rx study. And how they put it on the delivered sheet. You must wait until they fix their machine. One comes for fast service and here that does not apply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked many kilometers to get a COVID test for my flight out of CDMX. When I arrived they told me they don’t do the tests at that location. This absolutely destroyed my entire day as the location which actually does do the tests was half way across the city. Absolutely pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent, do not use for international covid testing. They gave us an hour time slot to come but when we arrived they changed and said sorry come back after 2 hours. Pay the extra money to get tested at your hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapid covid tests available here. Walked in and was able to get one. They operate rather slow but got the job done. Say results within 2 hours but I got mine via email in 30 mins. Price is 599 MXN but if you tell them you are on aeroMexico flight 648 and provide code 106245, if asked, the price is 369 MXN. Good experience overall.
