En la segunda muy mala actitud; hicieron 2 intentos de sacar sangre, la primer persona no pudo y fue por su compañera que la ayudó con muy mala actitud, tanto que me dejo inflamación y un moreton de más de 10 cms, han pasado 10 días y aún no desaparece.
Los resultados llegaron en tiempo.

Fui 2 ocaciones. En la primera todo fue muy bien. Tanto así que decidí regresar para los mismos estudios como parte de un seguimiento. Esta segunda vez todo mal. Acudí a primera hora (7:30hrs) y quedaron formalmente de enviar mis resultados el mismo día después de las 18:00hrs. Me los dieron al siguiente día después de las 14:00hrs y sólo porque estuve insistiendo en servicio al cliente.
Es imposible comunicarse por teléfono, no contestan, así que comuníquense vía Whataspp. Ahí la atención es eficiente aunque no pueden hacer mucho en cuanto a la liberación de resultados.
If you are looking to have your results the same day, think twice.
I went 2 times. At first everything went very well. So much so that I decided to return for the same studies as part of a follow-up. This second time all wrong. I went first thing in the morning (7:30 a.m.) and they formally agreed to send my results the same day after 6:00 p.m. They gave them to me the next day after 2:00 p.m. and only because I was insisting on customer service.
It is impossible to communicate by phone, they do not answer, so communicate via Whataspp. There the attention is efficient although they cannot do much in terms of releasing results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are traveling to the United States and need a covid test. This clinic does rapid covid tests for 1000 pesos. Results were sent in less than an hour, not only four stars because 1000 pesos is very expensive for a rapid covid test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend this place for COVID testing. I went 2 days before traveling back to the US and they insisted I come back the next day instead. No idea why… since the test needs to be within 72 hours. I returned the next day for the test. They promised the results within one hour via email. Nearly three hours later, no email. I returned to the clinic for the THIRD time to request my results. They gave me a paper copy and had no idea that they hadn’t emailed them. There were 4 women there with no other clients in the clinic. If I hadn’t personally returned to request the results, I wouldn’t have received them. You’re better off getting tested at the airport. Better price too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to take our Antigen COVID test for an International flight the next morning. At first I had doubts due to some of the reviews. Arrived early morning but they informed the tests only run from 1-3pm, came back at 2:30 and were pleasantly surprised to get our results via e-mail in 30-45 min. There were 4 of us and thankfully there was no wait. Overall great service the test cost was around 700 pesos / 35 UDS.
