★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un robo lo que hacen con las pruebas, tiene dos clases de prueba una que es 99.9% segura y cuesta más de $3000 y otra que según es el 80% segura y cuesta $999.99 y solo es el 80% segura como es posible que casi $1000 y no hay seguridad en las pruebas. A mi se me hace una tontería lo que ofrecen. Y les puse una estrella porque si no le ponía, no podría postear.
 It is a robbery what they do with the tests, it has two test classes one that is 99.9% safe and costs more than $ 3000 and another that according to is 80% safe and costs $ 999.99 and is only 80% safe as it is possible that almost $ 1000 and there is no security in testing. What they offer seems silly to me. And I put a star on them because if I didn't put it, I wouldn't be able to post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención de su personal de cobros, me hicieron un cargo el cual yo tenia el comprobante de pago y el cargo hecho a mi tarjeta y ellos alegaban que no lo había pagado. Lo peor es que cuando intentamos llamar nuevamente para hacer una aclaración ya no contestaban.
Poor attention from their collection staff, they made me a charge which I had the payment receipt and the charge made to my card and they claimed that I had not paid it. The worst thing is that when we tried to call again to clarify, they no longer answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal no te entrega comprobante de pago, sin el no puedes buscar tus resultados, por teléfono se niegan a dártelos, te piden acudas a la sucursal por ellos, es increíble que Salud Digna tenga mejor servicio que hasta vía whatsapp te comparten tus resultados sin necesidad de ir hasta la sucursal, yo tengo convenio de empresa y desconocen el proceso, Chopo totalmente deficiente en su forma de trabajo, al menos yo si compartiré esto con mis directivos empresariales para cambiar de laboratorio a todos mis pacientes.
The staff does not give you proof of payment, without it you cannot look for your results, by phone they refuse to give them to you, they ask you to go to the branch for them, it is incredible that Salud Digna has better service that they even share your results via WhatsApp without need to go to the branch, I have a company agreement and they are unaware of the process, Chopo totally deficient in his way of working, at least I will share this with my business managers to change laboratories for all my patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need to fly overseas, this is the place to go. Careful with limit times with the tests. In other words, the airlines may only accept a test that is not longer than 24 hours. So check this. A bit expensive. 3000 pesos for the main test and takes over 24 hours to get results.
