El personal es sumamente amable con el cliente desde la entrada hasta la salida, lo recomiendo completamente si desean realizarse análisis clínicos.
Excellent laboratory, the patient care is incredible. Many complain about the high prices, but they are really complemented by the high quality they provide. The staff is extremely kind to the customer from check-in to check-out, I highly recommend it if they want to have clinical tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio por línea telefónica... Deberían poner un número directo 5 min con una contestadora y luego te pasan a esperar para que te contesten y no lo hacen en una urjencia muy mal servicio solo piensan en ganar dinero sin hacer nada
Bad service on the telephone line... They should put a direct number for 5 minutes with an answering machine and then they wait for you to be answered and they don't do it in an emergency very bad service they only think about making money without doing anything

Muy claramente me dicen que hasta las 4pm están, que no necesito cita.
Llegamos poco antes de las 3:30pm y ya estaban bajando cortinas, la tipa que atiende nos dice que las radiografías son hasta las 3:00pm, no lo recomiendo

Very clearly they tell me that they are open until 4pm, that I don't need an appointment.
We arrived shortly before 3:30 pm and they were already lowering the curtains, the girl who attends tells us that the x-rays are until 3:00 pm, I do not recommend it
