Nada que ver el servicio con las sucursales de Aguascalientes. Terrible, the first time that I attended a Zacatecas branch, I requested a hematic biometry, they hurt me and they did not comply with the delivery date and time. Hoy llevé a mi bebe recién nacida a sacar unas pruebas de sangre y no lograron sacarle la sangre, le hicieron dos piquetes y solo la lastimaron. Todavía antes del servicio tuve que pagar por el y al momento de no poder realizarlo no quisieron hacerme el reembolso!. Deben cuidar más el personal para este tipo de situaciones, sino saben realizar una extracción a un recién nacido mejor decir que no desde el principio. NO VUELVO !!! Terrible attention and service. The employees they have are handicapped and unprofessional. Today I took my newborn baby to take some blood tests and they could not draw her blood, they made her twice and only hurt her. Even before the service I had to pay for it and at the time of not being able to do it they did not want to refund me! They should take more care of the staff for this type of situation, if they do not know how to perform a newborn extraction, it is better to say no from the beginning. I WILL NOT COME BACK !!!

Me encanta su servicio porque además están muy actualizados digitalmente hablando, tus resultados te los envían vía correo electrónico e inclusive puedes generar tu orden vía internet previamente. Lo que recomiendo es llegar temprano para la toma de muestras, ya que pasadas las 8:00 am comienza a llegar bastante gente. Con frecuencia acudo a este sitio a realizarme análisis y generalmente mi impresión había sido muy buena, hasta hoy que llegue y estaban realizando limpieza del piso, la persona que lo realizaba me estuvo rozando todo el tiempo, me pego con el trapeador, al abanicar con un cartón para que secara el piso más rápido lo hacía directamente hacia mi e inclusive me dio varios golpes con este, en fin, nada cordial. Creo que tienen que trabajar este punto. Very qualified and attentive staff. Muchas oportunidades de mejoras en este laboratorio. Cabe la pena mencionar que sus pruebas de antígenos son dolorosas, ya que según la que toma las pruebas, los hisopos deben tocar el fondo de la nariz, estoy de acuerdo para un adulto, pero no para un niño. Para mis hijos de dos y cuatro años fue muy doloroso. Si acudí a este laboratorio fue por la escasez de pruebas en la ciudad, de otra manera no hubiera ido acudido ahí. The attention is very slow.
