Te regalan los frascos para las muestras y te dan las indicaciones muy claras. Los resultados los tienen el mismo día (vas por la mañana y en la tarde están listos).
Chopo la huerta is very friendly.
They give you the bottles for the samples and give you very clear instructions. They have the results the same day (you go in the morning and in the afternoon they are ready).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio quedaron de enviarme los resultados el día sábado que me realicé los estudios a las 6, el lunes estuve tratándome de comunicarme y nunca contestaron, entiendo que es la línea general de Chopo, pero aún así debe haber respuesta a los clientes. Después descargue la aplicación para poder tener acceso a mis estudios y decía que la orden no estaba liberada aún, muy mala organización en general.
Terrible service, they sent me the results on Saturday that I did the studies at 6, on Monday I was trying to communicate and they never answered, I understand that it is the general line of Chopo, but still there must be a response to the clients. Then I downloaded the application to have access to my studies and it said that the order was not released yet, very bad organization in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos protocolos de higiene. Servicio super lento. Más de 15 min simplemente en tomar la orden. Otro tanto en tomar las muestras. Se pierde mucho tiempo y provoca que se llene la recepción, dejando sin sentido todo el buen protocolo de limpieza y sana distancia.
Good hygiene protocols. Super slow service. More than 15 min just taking the order. The same in taking the samples. It wastes a lot of time and causes the reception to fill up, leaving all the good cleaning protocol and healthy distance meaningless.

very bad experience since I did some laboratory studies and they never delivered them to me, so they agreed to give me a refund which to date they have not given me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, todo muy limpio y muy amables. Duré aprox. 30 minutos desde que llegué hasta que salí. En ese lapso me tomaron los datos, realicé el pago y me tomaron las muestras. Los resultados me llegaron unas horas después a mi correo. La única observación es que por teléfono sus líneas "siempre están ocupadas". Aún así les pongo 5 estrellas.
Excellent attention, everything very clean and very friendly. I lasted approx. 30 minutes from when I arrived until I left. In that period, they took the data, I made the payment and they took the samples. The results reached me a few hours later to my email. The only observation is that on the phone their lines are "always busy." Still I give them 5 stars.
