★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a sacarme unos estudios preoperatorios y la señorita que me atendió, dejó que pasara más de 40 minutos para recibir el análisis de orina, él cuál ya vencía el tiempo de la toma para tener validez.
Luego viene otra de mala gana, sería y me saca sangre.
Tengo la vena hinchada y un moretón impresionante, hasta me duele el brazo!
Es para demandar a este laboratorio, tienen 1000$ de diferencia en costo con Biomédica, pero no se compara la atención extraordinaria que tienen en esa Institución.
Mañana iré a mostrarles mi brazo y luego haré una demanda.
No vayas !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí para hacerme densitometría y mastografía para lo cual me enviaron una precotización y me indicaron que no requería cita. Al llegar me indican que las mastografías no podrán realizarlas hasta nuevo aviso y tampoco era posible realizar la densitometría. Si no lo pueden hacer por lo menos ofrecer opciones ya que uno ya está ahí pero no hay ni interés ni disposición.
I went to have a densitometry and mammogram for which they sent me a pre-quote and they indicated that I did not require an appointment. Upon arrival they told me that mammograms could not be performed until further notice and it was not possible to perform densitometry. If they cannot do it at least offer options since one is already there but there is neither interest nor willingness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy poco eficiente, se tardaron 40 minutos en recibir una muestra de orina. Para mastografías, Papanicolau y densitometrías el tiempo de espera es aproximadamente 2 horas. Para éste tipo de estudios es mejor acudir a otro laboratorio.
The service is very inefficient, it took 40 minutes to receive a urine sample. For mammograms, Pap smears and densitometries the waiting time is approximately 2 hours. For this type of study it is better to go to another laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor servicio a clientes de todos los laboratorios.
El call center tarda una eternidad en contestar y te brinda información opuesta a la de la sucursal.
Es la última vez que usamos su servicio. Olarte es mucho mejor.
It's the worst customer service of any lab.
The call center takes forever to answer and gives you information opposite to that of the branch.
This is the last time we use your service. Olarte is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tardaron mucho en pasar me anotaron otros estudios, me cobraron de más y no respetaron mi descuento, es un laboratorio horrible!!!
Deberían poner personas que sepan ll que hacen aparte llego un momento en que llevaron sj comida y todos se fueron, nada recomendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malo, en internet te dicen que para un estudio no es necesario cita, sigue uno las instrucciones de preparación y al llegar te dicen que van a checar si estás preparad@ porque no hiciste muchas más cosas de preparación (que no décima en las indicaciones) y después de mucho tiempo (30min) resulta que el equipo no funciona. Que vuelvas otro día o que vayas a algún otra sucursal. El personal muy apático desde el inicio, No dan la información clara, no son amables, se deslindan de responsabilidades de su mal servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención que recibí por parte de la anfitriona y de la chica del servicio técnico de primera, el recepcionista algo serio pero cumplió, se cumplen los protocolos sanitarios de forma obligatoria y es indispensable portar cubrebocas para recibir atención. La sucursal cuenta con un pequeño estacionamiento, precios competentes y Pruebas de PCR y antígenos disponibles en esta sucursal.
The attention I received from the hostess and the girl from the first-rate technical service, the receptionist was somewhat serious but complied, the mandatory health protocols are complied with and it is essential to wear a face mask to receive care. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor lugar para venir a hacerse un estudio, todos los empleados tienen flojera, las cotizaciones que te hacen por teléfono no te las hacen válidas sino tienes un folio,así que siempre pidan su folio, mienten en el tiempo de espera. El baño algo sucio.
Dejan pasar niños sin cubrebocas aunque estén tosiendo y escurriendo mocos, incluso un señor paso con una mascada como cubrebocas, el lugar está vacío y aún así trabajan con lentitud.
Parece que hablan susurrando a propósito.
Última vez que voy a un CHOPO.
The worst place to come to have a study done, all employees are lazy, the quotes they make you over the phone do not make them valid if you do not have a folio, so always ask for their folio, they lie in the waiting time. The bathroom somewhat dirty.
