Mucha gente se queda callada por eso esta gente trata al paciente como si nos hicieran un favor.
Ojalá tomaran cartas en el asunto, por lo pronto yo jamás regreso a chopo
Nefarious service, poorly trained and rude people, especially the Receptionist and the radiologist.
Many people keep quiet, so these people treat the patient as if they were doing us a favor.
