★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente es pésimo, lo malo es que en esta zona no hay otro laboratorio que le haga competencia, no son claros en las instrucciones para realizarte estudios, atie den mal, si, está limpio, pero eso es lo mínimo, el personal si deja demasiado que desear, ni modo, no hay opciones aquí, aún así, NO LO RECOMIENDO, es malo el lugar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pésimo equipo , muy viejo para el supuesto prestigio del que se habla, llegué para unos análisis de ultrasonido y supuestamente salieron que me encontraba muy bien, que no tenía absolutamente nada, regresé con mi médico y me comentó que los hiciera nuevamente porque no era exacto el estudio, volví al Chopo y me dijeron que no tenía absolutamente nada, que checara otro diagnóstico con el médico, mi opción fue laboratorio azteca ( por decisión propia y no por imposicion ) con equipo moderno y rápido diagnóstico, encontraron el problema que me aquejaba,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez peor el servicio de esta sucursal, aunque hay personal para atender a los pacientes no lo hacen, no respetan los turnos y se la pasan platicando y paseando por las instalaciones. Adicional a que algunos técnicos y radiólogos llegan tarde. Ya hagan algo al respecto!!! Y esto no tiene que ver por el COVID, no pongan pretextos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pecima atención, el día de hoy acudimos a relizarle unos estudios a mi pequeña y la tipa(Abigail Almaras Herrera) que le tomaría la muestra solo la lastimo cuando introdujo la aguja la manipulo y mi pequeña lloraba y decía que ya se la retiraran al igual que yo y el lugar de hacerlo la introdujo más, le volví a decir ya retírala pues solo la estas lastimando y no lograste extraerle nada, tuvo que llamar a otra persona para que lo hiciera, me queje con la "gerente" y le comente lo que había ocurrido y me dijo que tal vez fue porque mi niña se había movido, le respondió que ella se estaba dejando pero cuando la empezó a lastimar se movió para que le retiraran la aguja, la solución que me dio fue voy a revisar la técnica, mi esposo le comento que pondriamos la queja por Internet y dijo: de todos modos yo soy la que revisa las quejas y yo la llamare para que me dijo que fue lo que sucedió.
Deberían de poner a personas capacitadas en trabajar con niños y no conforme salen los turnos, pues como hoy me sucedió y la tipa no sabia como sacarle la muestra a mi niña y solo le causó dolor.
