★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención y servicio. Es una sucursal pequeña por lo cual hay estudios que no se pueden realizar ahí pues no cuentan con dichos instrumentos de gran tamaño.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó porque me lastimaron horrible al hacerme una toma de muestra de sangre. Yo exclamé dolor al momento que me introdujeron la aguja y la srita. Pensó que yo exageraba. Me llevó mi chofer, por lo que yo no realicé esfuerzo alguno en mi brazo y 10 minutos después me percaté que estaba mojada mi chamarra y para mi sorpresa era que me desangraba. Así que tengan cuidado!! Y sugerencia para la Cadena de Laboratorios, contraten a personal altamente capacitado 'yo" lo dejé pasar pero habrá quien no lo haga y proceda de otra manera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, el personal no esta capacitado lastiman mucho y la entrega de resultados no es nada rápida. No esta creado para personas de la tercera edad, SIN ACCESO CON SILLA DE RUEDAS.
Very bad service, the staff is not trained, they hurt a lot and the delivery of results is not fast at all. It is not created for the elderly, WITHOUT ACCESS WITH WHEELCHAIR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, no hay acceso para silla de ruedas, tomaron muestras en estacionamiento y el personal para nada está capacitado para atención a personas de la tercera edad. Lastiman horrible.
Terrible, there is no wheelchair access, they took samples in the parking lot and the staff is not trained at all to care for the elderly. They hurt horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron muy bien, muy amables en recepción y también cuando fue mi toma de muestra, me entregaron el resultado muy rápido. Es muy pequeño el laboratorio, pienso que tienen lo básico pero bien, fui como a las 8 am y no había gente.
They treated me very well, very kind at reception and also when it was my sample collection, they gave me the result very quickly. The laboratory is very small, I think they have the basics but well, I went at about 8 am and there were no people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen servicio de estacionamiento y una supuesta entrada para los pacientes, me hicieron esperar y nunca me abrieron, tuve que rodear el estacionamiento y llegar a las oficinas. Donde solo me dijeron es que no podía bajar porque tenía pacientes. Y el turno de mi paciente no importo ?
They have parking service and a supposed entrance for patients, they made me wait and they never opened me, I had to go around the parking lot and get to the offices. Where they only told me is that I could not come down because I had patients. And my patient's turn did not matter ?
