★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia , no había nadie en recepción , te dejan afuera , mucho tiempo de espera tanto para que te atiendan y si por alguna razón necesitas imprimir tus resultados tienes que esperar una hora . Pésimo servicio .
 Very bad experience, there was no one at the reception, they leave you outside, a long waiting time for them to attend you and if for some reason you need to print your results you have to wait an hour. Terrible service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El estacionamiento parece bajada de montaña rusa y es caro. Cierran a las 4:00 pm así que ni vengas después del trabajo. Si quieres informes no llames porque no contestan. Si al fin llegas y están abiertos, te dejan esperando en la puerta y cuando te atienden lo hacen con mala cara. Ni para darte informes de precios. No tienen suficiente personal.
Parking looks like roller coaster downhill and is expensive. They close at 4:00 pm so don't even come after work. If you want reports, do not call because they do not answer. If you finally arrive and they are open, they leave you waiting at the door and when they attend you they do it with a bad face. Not even to give you price reports. They don't have enough staff.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, WE ARE VERY ANNOYED BY THE POOR AND IGNORANT SERVICE CULTURE THEY HAVE HERE, IN FACT I THINK THEY KNOW THEIR CONCEPT, IF YOU ARE GOING TO PERFORM ANY COMMON AND CURRENT TEST, YOU WILL NOT HAVE PROBLEMS, BUT IF YOU ARE GOING FOR SOMETHING SPECIFIC HOLD ON!!! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención de parte de todo el personal, desde la entrada un buen control de higiene y seguridad, la sucursal luce limpia, arreglada y bien iluminada, con sana distancia entre sillas y el personal con equipo de seguridad completo. Los precios son bastante competitivos y la atención es buena y profesional, ideal para realizar estudios o muestras, muy recomendable.
Very good attention from all the staff, from the entrance a good hygiene and safety control, the branch looks clean, tidy and well lit, with a healthy distance between chairs and the staff with full safety equipment. The prices are quite competitive and the service is good and professional, ideal for studies or samples, highly recommended.
