★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si es que logras que contesten el telefono y te den una cita, te piden llegar temprano (30min antes)… para luego hacerte esperar mas de una hora despues de la cita original.
En total estuve dos horas esperando:
30 minutos antes de mi cita
90 minutos despues de el horario programado.
If you can get them to answer the phone and give you an appointment, they ask you to arrive early (30min before) ... and then make you wait more than an hour after the original appointment.
In total I was two hours waiting:
30 minutes before my appointment
90 minutes after the scheduled time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un trato pésimo. El personal no tiene entrenamiento en manejo al cliente pero para nada. Personal no dice ni buenos días, ni tardes ni hola, contestan de mala gana. Te cambian de personal por cuestión de actitud y te ponen alguien peor. Para colmo se la pasan llamando y molestando a los pacientes porque se les olvidó tomar datos, peso, alergias etc. Totalmente no son profesionales.
A lousy deal. The staff has no training in customer management but not at all. Staff say good morning, afternoon or hello, they answer reluctantly. They change your staff for a matter of attitude and put someone worse. To make matters worse, they keep calling and bothering patients because they forgot to take data, weight, allergies, etc. They are totally not professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé, hice una cita, me presenté a tiempo en ayuno y al llegar me hicieron esperar 40 minutos. Cuando por fin parecía que me iban a atender, me dijeron que no tenían el material para realizar mi estudio. El personal no está capacitado para dar servicio al cliente. Los señores del valet parking no estaban debidamente identificados. No quiero volver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo 3 días queriendo agendar cita para resonancia y no puedo, su sistema de pago adelantado no es nada funcional, es muy complicado tratar de sacar cita, me urgen los estudios y después de 3 días sigo sin podérmelos hacer. Dejen agendar citas y pagar al llegar de otra manera es una odisea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de personal, y el que hay no hace lo que le corresponde! Gente esperando que se le tomen datos y las recepcionistas no se encuentran en su lugar! Una sola persona para tomar datos! Increíble en unos laboratorios que se dicen de primer nivel!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es primera ves que acudo a esta sucursal, pero tienen una asistente muy grosera, esta en el celular en horas de trabajo, muy mal modo nos atendió, cero calidad humana, desatenta. Hay gente esperando su turno y ella está sin hacer nada pero en el celular.
Creo que se paga por un servicio el cual el personal que trabaje en cualquier negocio creo que debe tener buen trato, amabilidad ante el cliente o paciente.
Sino es un trabajo de su agrado creo que debería buscar otro lugar donde tenga que estar con sus malos modos y falta de atención.
