Terrible service. The man who attends is incompetent and thinks he is a doctor and tells people how their studies should be. Never go to this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi aseguradora no aceptó los reembolsos de los estudios realizados por esta empresa debido que sus facturas no están desglosadas. Hable para pedir el desglose y la señorita me mencionó que en esa empresa no hay versatilidad por lo que no podían desglosar la factura ni apoyarme de ninguna manera.
My insurer did not accept reimbursements for studies conducted by this company because their invoices are not itemized. I spoke to ask for the breakdown and the lady mentioned that in that company there is no versatility so they could not break down the invoice or support me in any way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, una sola persona atendiendo en la sucursal 7.22 am cuando es bien sabido que un negocio como es un laboratorio, el mayor tráfico de gente es a primera hora de las mañanas.
Terrible service, a single person attending the branch at 7.22 am when it is well known that in a business such as a laboratory, the highest traffic of people is first thing in the morning.
