★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio pedimos y pagamos prueba Covid PCR ( a domicilio ) y jamas te dan el servicio tuve que ir y ya no me querían hacer la prueba que porque ya se iban a llevar los resultados al final después de exigir mi derecho logre que me la hicieran ( no sin antes hacerme esperar más de 30 minutos y cabe aclarar que yo era la única PESIMO SERCICIO Y MALISIMA ACTITUD DE EL GERENTE Y SU PERSONAL SUPER GROSEROS DE (Inche gente no bajan a la gente que pregunta por alguna prueba ) los que te toman las muestras super jóvenes con la música a un alto volumen !!
Terrible service, we asked for and paid for the Covid PCR test (at home) and they never gave you the service, I had to go and they no longer wanted to do the test because they were going to take the results at the end after demanding my right, I managed to get it done (Not before making me wait more than 30 minutes and it should be clarified that I was the only PESIMO SERCICIO AND BAD ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGER AND HIS SUPER RUDE STAFF OF (Inche people do not lower the people who ask for a test) those who take you super young samples with music at high volume !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una actitud nefasta de casi todo el personal. Para qué carajos te hacen esperar turno si solo vas a dejar una muestra ya etiquetada con tus datos correctos y ya pagada. Ah no no huevos te hacen esperar y exponerte ahí con los potenciales covidosos. Cero profesional. No vayan.
A nefarious attitude from almost all the staff. Why the hell do they make you wait your turn if you are only going to leave a sample already labeled with your correct data and already paid for. Oh no no eggs make you wait and expose yourself there with the potential covidos. Zero professional. Do not go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enfrentarse a las vicisitudes que implica tomar la decisión de chequearte íntegramente para prevenir y/o atender eventos de salud es un paso que regularmente conlleva miedo; enfrentarlo en un ambiente profesional y de confianza como laboratorio médico del Chopo es como estar en casa. Muy recomendable y certero a diferencia de otras empresas que se dedican al mismo ramo. Vale en todo lo que inviertes en tú salud aquí!!! Gracias por la atención recibida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi tamanha desorganização. Fizemos reserva para esse laboratório e quando chegamos não tinha ninguém na fila. Aguardamos 45 minutos e uma fila se formou após atenderem TODOS que chegaram depois eu reclamei e disseram que estavam corrigindo os dados, mas estavam todos corretos. Após aguardar mais 30 minutos eles erraram os dados que estavam corretos e demorou mais de 30 minutos para corrigir o erro deles. Fujam desse laboratório, vão para qualquer outro
I have never seen such disorganization. We made reservations for this lab and when we arrived there was no one in line. We waited 45 minutes and a queue formed after EVERYONE who arrived later I complained and said they were correcting the data, but they were all correct. After waiting another 30 minutes they got the data wrong and it took more than 30 minutes to fix their mistake. Run away from this laboratory, go to any other
