★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los resultados no los pudieron imprimir, y en el portal www,chopo.com.mx indica que la orden no esta liberada, siendo que el pago se realizó desde la mañana y el resultado nos indicaron que lo entregan después de las 15:00horas. Si no se va a cumplir mejor que no den dicha información.
The results could not be printed, and in the portal www, chopo.com.mx it indicates that the order is not released, being that the payment was made from the morning and the result indicated that it was delivered after 3:00 p.m. If it is not going to be fulfilled, it is better that they do not give such information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio, hice mi cita por teléfono y el pago a través de su página web, uno espera que respeten los tiempos y que cualquier imprevisto (que por supuesto es válido que llegue a pasar) tengan la gentileza de avisar a los clientes. Me presenté 30 minutos antes de mi cita, por fortuna, y me dijeron que "no había ido la doctora" que regresara otro día, como si tuviera su tiempo para que me atiendan vuando ellos quieran. La chica me dijo que en la noche les avisaron que no iba a ir al día siguiente la doctora y esa falta de atención es la que me molesta, que no hayan mandado un email o una llamada para avisar y no hacerme perder mi tiempo. ¡No lo recomiendo!
Horrible service, I made my appointment by phone and payment through their website, one hopes that they respect the times and that any unforeseen (which of course is valid that comes to pass) will be kind enough to notify customers. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment, fortunately, and they told me that "the doctor had not come" to come back another day, as if she had her time to see them whenever they want. The girl told me that at night they were told that the doctor was not going to go the next day and that lack of attention is what bothers me, that they have not sent an email or a call to advise and not waste my time. I do not recommend it!
