★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El “horario de atención” se supone es de 7am a 2pm fui a realizarme un ultrasonido y la señorita me dijo que era solamente de 7 a 1, yo llegue a la 1:04pm y no me quiso atender, así que si ocupas un ultrasonido ve a más tardar a las 12, porque cuando le dije que era la 1:04 me dijo que no, que atendían ultrasonidos sólo hasta las 12 ??♀️, muy mal que no especifiquen los horarios en la página, tiempo perdido con este laboratorio.
The "business hours" are supposed to be from 7am to 2pm I went to have an ultrasound and the lady told me that it was only 7 to 1, I arrived at 1:04 pm and she did not want to attend me, so if you have an ultrasound sees no later than 12 because when I said it was 1:04 I said no, they served ultrasound only until 12 ??♀️, too bad that do not specify times on the page, lost time with this laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado tardados, para entregar una radiografia ya tengo mas de 45 min esperando las imagenes.
Mientras hacia la solicitud de lo que requeria la señorita se la paso en el celular.
Tarde aproximadamente 1:30 y me expresaron que habia una falla en el equipo y que la imagen la tendrian dentro de 1 hora, que pasará mas tarde a recogerla si era urgente. Supuestamente me grabaron en un cd las imagenes.
Fui con el doctor y no habia nada grabado en ese cd. Mi doctor hablo para preguntar si ya podia pasar por las imágenes (aprox 3 horas después) y le expresaron que todavia no las tenias que despues de las 4 de las tarde estarian.
Era una URGENCIA mi bb traia la clavicula fracturada y de eso me di cuenta hasta que fui a otro lugar a sacarle la radiografia que ahi no me pudieron dar y que me cobraron.
Fue debut y despedida. SUPER MAL SERVICIO

It was an URGENCY my bb brought the fractured clavicle and I realized that until I went to another place to get the x-ray that they couldn't give me there and they charged me.
It was debut and farewell. SUPER BAD SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por asuntos de viaje fui a hacerme un PCR. Muy buen servicio. Todo muy rápido, con mucha higiene y buena atención. El reporte me lo entregaron sin demora.
For travel reasons I went to do a PCR. Very good service. All very fast, with a lot of hygiene and good service. The report was delivered to me without delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mandron incompletos los exámenes y son pre operatorios y no responden en la línea de atención | Actualización: me respondieron 1 día después en la línea de atención y al final fue error en la sucursal porque ese estudio se entrega físico cosa que no me mencionaron y aclaro que sí pregunte en repetidas ocasiones .... y cuando fui a sucursal me pedían el ticket que no traía pero si traía mi id de paciente y el resto de estudios que enviaron a mic orreo, es decir aparte del trago amargo de no enviarmelos completos ni decirme que debia ir a sucursal a recogerlos .... aparte me hacen ir y pretendia la srita volver a hacerme dar la vuelta ... eran examenes PRE-OPERATORIOS .... bien mal !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vienes con cita y te dicen que te sientes después de un rato salen con que hay que tomar turno, de que sirvió que tuvieras cita a cierta hora, mal el servicio mala la atención, entras y de inicio nadie te asesora, yo no vuelvo a venir esta mejor en las del ahorro y más barato
