★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi esposa con 7 meses de embarazo se tardaron 2hrs y media para un ultra sonido. cuando llame para solicitar el servicio pedí cita y me confirmaron que no había que llegáramos y en 20-30 minutos atendían. Nunca regresaré
Terrible service, my 7 month pregnant wife took 2 and a half hours for an ultra sound. When I called to request the service, I made an appointment and they confirmed that we did not have to arrive and in 20-30 minutes they attended. I will never go back

La atención es muy buena , el tiempo de espera es muy corto , o ninguno . Los resultados están siempre en tiempo y el personal es muy efectivo y muy amable , sobre todo la señorita Elizabeth Santamaria , supervisora , que brinda una excelente atención q va más allá de sus deberes en el centro , mucha humanidad y muchas ganas de ayudar y trabajar caracterizan a la señorita Elizabeth en especial y al resto del equipo . Muy recomendable esta sucursal de Chopo . Muy agradecida con todos . Sigan haciendo ese Excelente trabajo ! Gracias por todo !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una de las empleadas tiene un trato muy arrogante e inapropiado con los clientes. Pareciera que está regalando el servicio o que detesta su trabajo y es en verdad desagradable que, considerando que por lo menos uno 50% de sus clientes, son personas enfermas, aún así obtengan ese trato. Esta sucursal necesita hacer algo al respecto y capacitar en empatía, servicio a cliente y cortesía a sus empleadas. Si puede, mejor acuda a otro laboratorio, si no quieren pasar un mal rato y malos tratos.
One of the employees has a very arrogant and inappropriate treatment with clients. It seems that you are giving away the service or that you hate your job and it is really unpleasant that, considering that at least 50% of your clients are sick people, you still get that treatment. This branch needs to do something about it and train its employees in empathy, customer service and courtesy. If you can, better go to another laboratory, if they do not want to have a bad time and mistreatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que tomó las pruebas el día de 26 de febrero de 2022 no tiene un trato amable con el paciente, es cortante en sus comentarios y poco empatica, no respondió al saludo de bienes días y de despedida que fue brindado por nuestra parte; además de hacer el sentir al paciente como si fuera culpable de su enfermedad.
En caja el servicio fue rápido y cortes, los resultados entregados de manera oportuna.
The person who took the tests on February 26, 2022 does not have a friendly treatment with the patient, is curt in his comments and not very empathetic, did not respond to the good morning and farewell greeting that was provided by us; in addition to making the patient feel as if he were guilty of his illness.
At checkout the service was prompt and courteous, the results delivered in a timely manner.
