★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención. Adriana nos tomó muestras de sangre a mí y a mí hijo de 6 años y fue atenta y muy cuidadosa. Fuimos con mucho miedo y su delicadeza nos hizo salir como si nada. Muchas gracias Adriana y a todo el equipo que atiende rápida y cordialmente.
 Excellent attention. Adriana took blood samples from me and my 6 year old son and was attentive and very careful. We went with a lot of fear and his delicacy made us leave as if nothing had happened. Thank you very much Adriana and all the team that attends quickly and cordially.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay bastantes personas asistiendo a estudios, si sacas cita previa pasas más rápido, acceso controlado con medidas de sanidad, hay personas que solo quieren preguntar si es la fila que les corresponde para su estudio o cita y ocasionan aglomeración por momentos en la entrada. Fuera de la espera en la fila los estudios de sangre son rápidos.
There are many people attending studies, if you make an appointment you go faster, access controlled with health measures, there are people who just want to ask if it is the row that corresponds to them for their study or appointment and cause crowding at times at the entrance. Outside of waiting in line, blood tests are quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te hacen esperar horas. Hubo un estudio que por la mala información que dan y la espera que generaron no pudimos realizar, nos agendaron para el día siguiente muy temprano y la espera volvió a ser eterna. No dejaron que el paciente entrara acompañado, aún cuando el estudio dice que debe llevar un acompañante. Te piden un ayuno determinado, pero con su pésima organización y enormes tiempos de espera frustran la posibilidad de hacer el estudio o de que salga correcto por alargar horas de ayuno. No recomiendo este laboratorio para nada!!!
Terrible service, they make you wait hours. There was a study that due to the bad information they gave and the wait they generated we could not carry out, they scheduled us for the next day very early and the wait was eternal again. They did not allow the patient to enter accompanied, even though the study says that they must bring a companion. They ask you for a specific fast, but with their terrible organization and enormous waiting times, they frustrate the possibility of doing the study or that it will be correct by lengthening hours of fasting. I do not recommend this laboratory at all !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia, uno elige este laboratorio por calidad, pero que impresionante es que te tratan tan mal como si vinieras a pedir algo regalado, mi espera para mi cita fue de 3 días para una resonancia magnética cuyo costo fue de 7000, no elegí venir por gusto ni por baratos, cuando llegué 15 minutos tarde en silla de ruedas minutos que se pierden en subir por su complicado estacionamiento, la.mujer de la entrada tan fácil te dice ya no.le podemos hacer el estudio por llegar 15 minutos tarde, reagende. Pésimo servicio y trato. Nunca regreso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto servicio, en recepción se tardan muchisimo tiempo en atender a la gente, por lo que se saturan sus mini salas de espera. Me mandaron a esa sucursal puesto que mis estudios eran pediátricos, y lastimaron muchísimo a mi bebé, porque no tienen la mínima experiencia en tomas pediátricas. Su protocolos covid no sirven de nada porque adentro tienen a la gente amontonada por la lentitud en sus servicios.

They sent me to that branch since my studies were pediatric, and they hurt my baby a lot, because they don't have the slightest experience in pediatric shots. Their covid protocols are useless because inside they have people crowded together due to the slowness of their services.

Me dió un hora aproximadamente para mí estudio y me pasaron antes la doctora muy amable y me explican cada cosa que me haría ... Si se ve mucha gente pero una vez que te mandan al lugar donde te harán el estudio es muy rápido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the other reviews I was a little hesitant but there really was no need to be.
The staff were very helpful, including the fact my Spanish is not so strong, they allowed my wife to come with me to translate. The place was clean, staff were disinfecting in-between each customer and the waiting times were minimal. We only waited 15 minutes for each appointment and the results were given in 10 minutes.
Very professional, clean and helpful.
Just a quick extra point, the building is larger inside than it appears to be.
