★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal la atención en cuanto al tiempo de espera, casi nos tardamos 1 hora en pasar por un ultrasonido y no había gente el servicio mmuuuy lento.
 Super bad attention in terms of waiting time, it almost took us 1 hour to go through an ultrasound and there were no people, the service was very slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, los asesores que atienden la línea telefónica no responden si no hasta después hora y media si te va bien , y la grabación de la música hace que me duerma , y cuando responden no te saben dar una respuesta al estudio que estas solicitando , te cambian el costo dependiendo el hacesor telefónico que te toca ...
De verdad e quedado muy decepcionada de esta cadena de laboratorios ... ya que al llamar me pude percatar que no es a los teléfonos de esta sucursal si no a la matriz.. si la matriz está tan mal no me imagino ya acudir a una sucursal en especial que sorpresas me lleve ... muy mal hee..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomaron mal los datos y se escudan con que porque no los checaron cuando la chica jamás me mostró la pantalla para verificar. Te dan cita tardísimo que porque esta lleno y resulta que no tenían ningún estudio antes. Jamás les avisaron de la llegada del paciente y uno esperando mas de 40 minutos, se entendía si estuvieran trabajabando pero no, si van a hacer sus reuniones de convivencia por ser viernes social, primero terminen de trabajar y después se ponen en su convivió. No que por atrasar el estudio más su reunión nadie nos atendía nadie estaba en su lugar ni en la entrada, prácticamente me pasee por todo el edificio, tenía un paciente que no se podía mover fácilmente y nos hicieron batallar se les eligió para evitar problemas de movilidad, una total decepción. Si van a ir asegúrense de que quien les toque haga BIEN su trabajo porque ellos no son capaces ni siquiera de dar una disculpa, contraten un personal más empatico.

If you are going to go, make sure that whoever touches you does their job WELL because they are not even capable of giving an apology, hire a more empathetic staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la persona que te cobra el estudio, luego tardan demasiado para aplicar el estudio y por último, tardan mucho en entregar los resultados. Mi estudio era prueba COVID en donde según entregan resultados en 2 horas y tardaron más de 24 horas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan en atender, precotice por teléfono y me enviaron un folio, al llegar al laboratorio resultó que me habían dado un precio que no era correcto. costo por teléfono $2300.- y al llegar $5,200.-
No me pareció sería su atención.
Tampoco tenían el estudio disponible pero no podían decirme por teléfono. (Me refiero a medicina nuclear) suspendida en Suc. del Valle y no me dieron solución.
Que triste es estar enfermo y tener que aguantar atención con ineptitud. No regreso!
