★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es la primera ocasión en chopo, laboratorio, y me gusto las instalaciones super limpias, acceso a fácil a discapacitados, toman temperatura y ofrecen gel al ingresar, nos atendieron rápido y eficiente, el personal atento, el precio (la verdad me toco una promoción ) super bueno, el único punto a mejorar el estacionamiento un poco reducido de alli en fuera se esta super bien

Entregaron resultados antes de tiempo, el personal fue muy profesional durante la toma de muestras, buenos protocolos de sana distancia e higiene, instalaciones muy limpias. Además, cuando no hay mucha contaminación, la vista a la Sierra Madre desde esta sucursal es espectacular!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cancelé unos estudios de más de 7000 mil pesos por cuestiones de salud, y me hicieron ir al día siguiente por el reembolso ya que no tenían ganas de hacerlo en ese momento. El gerente es muy amable, pero es muy cínico y no resuelve nada.
Nada recomendable
Terrible service, I canceled some studies of more than 7,000 thousand pesos for health reasons, and they made me go the next day for the reimbursement since they did not feel like doing it at that time. The manager is very friendly, but he is very cynical and does not solve anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De lo peor, evítense malos tratos y corajes.
Para poder agendar el estudio me solicitaron pago por anticipado, para que al final no respetaran mi lugar. Nadie me resolvió nada y no les importo que yo llevara a una persona mayor en ayunas y siguiendo indicaciones para ese estudio. Porque por teléfono me dijeron que tenía que llegar una hora antes del estudio, pero en el laboratorio decían que eran 2 horas antes. Al final terminaba siendo un tema interno, ya que yo seguí las indicaciones que me dieron al momento de agendar la cita.
From the worst, avoid abuse and anger.
In order to schedule the study, they asked me to pay in advance, so that in the end they would not respect my place. Nobody solved anything for me and they did not care if I took an elderly person on an empty stomach and following the indications for this study. Because on the phone they told me that I had to arrive an hour before the study, but in the laboratory they said it was 2 hours before. In the end it ended up being an internal issue, since I followed the instructions they gave me when scheduling the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO! Uno de los peores lugares para ir por:
1. El servicio de todo el personal es nefasto, te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor no como si fueras un cliente.
2. No se respetan las citas que uno programa por teléfono y paga
3. Pese a que saben que tiene un error interno ninguno de sus empleados te ofrece una solución.
4. Ni la supervisora ni el gerente te dan la cara para intentar resolver tu situación.
5. El tiempo de espera es ABDUSRDO.
Es increíble que pese que uno va a estos lugares no por deporte sino por un tema de salud o seguimiento esta gente de un servicio tan paupérrimo y nefasto.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! One of the worst places to go for:
1. The service of all the staff is terrible, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor not as if you were a customer.
2. Appointments that one schedules over the phone and pays are not respected
3. Although they know you have an internal error, none of your employees offers you a solution.
4. Neither the supervisor nor the manager face you to try to resolve your situation.
5. The waiting time is ABDUSRDO.
It is incredible that even though one goes to these places not for sport but for a health issue or following these people of such a poor and disastrous service.

There were many other people waiting, I believe they didn’t have appointments. But I did have an appointment and they began my mri and X-ray right on time. Also the images were available online within an hour or so. I was impressed
