★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En plena pandemia no tienen establecidas las medidas mínimas cómo tomar temperatura al entrar y ofrecer gel antibacterial. El personal que nos atendió dejó mucho que desear, no nos brindaron la información completa antes de hacer el estudio, se llevaron al paciente que no puede hablar y en silla de ruedas a realizar el estudio antes de brindarnos el precio (5 veces mayor que en salud digna) y decirnos el tiempo que tardarían los resultados (más tardado que en otros laboratorios), muy mala experiencia
In the middle of the pandemic, they do not have the minimum measures established how to take a temperature when entering and offer antibacterial gel. The staff who attended us left much to be desired, they did not provide us with complete information before doing the study, they took the patient who cannot speak and in a wheelchair to perform the study before giving us the price (5 times higher than in decent health) and tell us how long the results would take (longer than in other laboratories), very bad experience
