★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Encargué un electrocardiograma y me mandaron una carta en donde hablaban maravillas de sus servicios, pero nunca me enviaron los resultados. Entro a la página y sólo está esa carta. Para urgencias no sirven
 Terrible service. I ordered an EKG and they sent me a letter raving about their services, but they never sent me the results. I enter the page and there is only that letter. For emergencies they do not work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ??Ayer llegué y no había quien hiciera un ultrasonido...me dijeron que el domingo hasta las 11 así que fui el domingo temprano y tampoco había el servicio...los jóvenes que están atendiendo no saben dar un informe concreto y serio...Que bueno que no pague por anticipado en línea ni saqué cita sino NO?? me hubieran atendido ni regresado el dinero ??
??Yesterday I arrived and there was no one to do an ultrasound ... I was told that on Sunday until 11 am so I went early Sunday and there was no service either ... the young people who are attending do not know how to give a concrete and serious report. .. It is good that I did not pay in advance online or make an appointment but I would NOT have been attended or returned the money ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El acceso está restringido con una sola puerta abierta por lo que la ventilación dentro del lugar se impide, pregunto porqué no se abre la otra puerta para mayor ventilación y me responden que porque se pasan los Pacientes, entonces cómo resuelven el tema de ventilación???? Prefieren seguir controles de acceso sin tomar en cuenta que la poca ventilación es de riego de contagio de COVID? Ojalá se supervisen los Laboratorios por parte de SSA para garantizar la seguridad de los pacientes.
Access is restricted with a single door open so ventilation inside the place is impeded, I ask why the other door is not opened for greater ventilation and they answer me that because patients pass, then how do they solve the ventilation issue? ?? Do you prefer to follow access controls without taking into account that the poor ventilation is a risk of contagion of COVID? Hopefully the Laboratories are supervised by SSA to ensure the safety of patients.

They never answer any of their phones, since yesterday I have dialed all the branches and they have you on hold for more than 10 minutes. So that they don't even answer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Fui a recoger un estudio y resulta que cuando llegue no lo tenían listo y lo interpretaron de rápido y mal.
