When I called to ask for an appointment they told me that the results would be in 24 hours, and when I got to the test they told me that the results would be in 3 to 5 days, terrible service, not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo! Caro y no cumplen promesa de servicio. Dicen 24 horas, luego, en el laboratorio te dicen dos días más y llamas y te dicen 4 a 5 días.
Appalling! Expensive and they don't deliver on promise of service. They say 24 hours, then in the laboratory they tell you two more days and you call and they tell you 4 to 5 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para que ponen números de teléfono si no suena o no contestan, se supone que con la pandemia se debería tener este medio para atención y evitar aglomeraciones, muy mal!!!!!!
