 I do not know how the service will be, but for now to communicate to that number is a problem ... One is left waiting in line waiting for an advisor ... They should improve that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, no saben inyectar una vena, a mi papa le dieron 12 piquetes hasta que se harto y al final no le hicieron el estudio porque la persona que sabe llega hasta las 10 y el tenia cita a las 7
Terrible service, they do not know how to inject a vein, my father was given 12 pricks until he was fed up and in the end they did not do the study because the person who knows arrives until 10 and he had an appointment at 7

Actitud muy déspota y narcisista.
Me cancelaron 2 citas importantes para 2 resonancias magnéticas.
Lástima que trabajan con mi aseguradora (General de salud) ojala se tomen cartas en el asunto y deslinden a esta sucursal con pésima actitud de servicio al cliente.
Pésimo manejo de citas, no cuentan con un número propio y no respetan las citas dadas por su línea telefónica con ubicación en el estado de México, tampoco aceptan las citas de horarios otorgados en Internet.
Very lousy service, bad attitude from the staff as well as from their "regional" manager.
Very despotic and narcissistic attitude.
I had 2 important appointments canceled for 2 MRIs.
Too bad they work with my insurer (General health) hopefully they will take action on the matter and demarcate this branch with a lousy customer service attitude.
Terrible handling of appointments, they do not have their own number and they do not respect the appointments given by their telephone line located in the state of Mexico, nor do they accept appointments from times granted on the Internet.

Bad idea to have a Call center in CDMX to make local appointments... they don't have a coordination between them or someone is not doing their job.

Escritorios nomas cobran y se les olvidan de los pacientes, después de esperar horas se escudan con que su área es la toma de muestras, que “depende” de los radiólogos. Mejor vayan a otro laboratorio.

Definitivamente no vuelvo y no le recomiendo para nada.
Terrible service and attention, I do not recommend it at all... they make you wait a long time even and by appointment, they do not treat customers well.
I definitely won't go back and I don't recommend it at all.
