★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal el tiempo de espera, lentos en captura de datos, filas enormes en el sol. El Gerente jugando en su computadora y ante la queja de toda la gente nunca salió. Solo dos personas atendiendo y haciendo estudios al mismo tiempo. 23 minutos para registrar y cobrar a una persona.
Bad waiting time, slow data capture, huge lines in the sun. The Manager playing on his computer and before the complaint of all the people, he never came out. Only two people attending and doing studies at the same time. 23 minutes to register and charge a person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero compartirles que hace unos 6 años en un laboratorio del Chopo me provocaron una lesión al realizarme una mastografia, el diagnóstico fue traumatismo en el manguito rotador, incluso al realizar la queja se comunicó alguien del laboratorio para disculparse y ofrecer cubrir los gastos, al final yo cubrí mis gastos y decidí jamás regresar al Chopo por un estudio, lamentablemente volví a ir para una prueba COVID que solicité en inglés ya que viajo a USA, la solicité en inglés, y bueno… me las mandaron en español, espero no tener problemas, y lo peor aún es la pésima actitud que tiene su personal, literalmente me aventaron mis comprobantes en su mostrador, todos groseros! De verdad que no vuelvo a ir a un Chopo, y cada vez que alguien me pida mi opinión, seguirá siendo la misma, PÉSIMO SERVICIO
I want to share with you that about 6 years ago in a laboratory in El Chopo they caused me an injury when I had a mammogram, the diagnosis was trauma to the rotator cuff, even when making the complaint someone from the laboratory communicated to apologize and offer to cover the expenses, in the end I covered my expenses and decided never to return to El Chopo for a study, unfortunately I went back for a COVID test that I requested in English since I traveled to the USA, I requested it in English, and well… they sent it to me in Spanish, I hope I have no problems , and the worst thing is the terrible attitude that their staff has, they literally threw my receipts at their counter, all rude! I really will not go to a Chopo again, and every time someone asks me for my opinion, it will remain the same, AWFUL SERVICE
