★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En su página te dicen que puedes llegar sin cita para prueba covid llegas y es lo contrario y te explican que solo es en algunas sucursales sin cita! deberían de especificar y así no hacer que uno vaya y te regresen !
On their page they tell you that you can arrive without an appointment for a covid test, you arrive and it is the opposite and they explain that it is only in some branches without an appointment! They should specify and thus not make one go and return you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues a diferencia de todos los comentarios que ví, yo no fui a cita de examen Covid jeje fue por exámenes de sangre, si me pidieron la temperatura y pusieron gel, pase luego luego solo espere un turno, el chavo que me tomo los datos fue muy amable, espero un poco más a pasar, el que me saco la sangre también fue muy amable y mis resultados llegaron a mi mail en 5 horas :)
Well, unlike all the comments I saw, I did not go to the Covid exam appointment, hehe, it was for blood tests, if they asked me for the temperature and they put gel, come in then just wait a turn, the guy who took the data was very kind, I wait a little longer to pass, the one who drew my blood was also very kind and my results reached my email in 5 hours :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy buena experiencia, fue rapido y todos muy amables, tenia flojerita ir por tantos malos comentarios que habia leido, pero la verdad todo muy bien, y todos muy amables y organizados. si los recomiendo por lo menos esta sucursal todo bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper tardados para atender, no saben quien si y quien no trae ficha y hasta que uno pregunta si los pueden atender los pasan porque se les olvida, por teléfono me dieron instrucciones para un estudio y llegue y me dieron otras, cuando estaba segura que no era necesario y finalmente fueron prepotentes y tuve que hacer lo que ellos decían solo para que me pasaran después de espera más de una hora … solo por sus errores.
Super slow to attend, they don't know who does and who doesn't have a card and until one asks if they can attend them they pass them because they forget, they gave me instructions on the phone for a study and I arrived and they gave me others, when I was sure that no it was necessary and finally they were pushy and I had to do what they said only to be passed after waiting more than an hour… just because of their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué a recoger estudios, y no quisieron que mw sentará en el mismo sillon que mi esposo, pero era el único medio limpio! Si estan arreglando el piso, pero no es justificación para que este tan sucio, menos en estas condiciones. Estaba solo el laboratorio.
I came to pick up studies, and they didn't want me to sit in the same chair as my husband, but he was the only half clean! They are fixing the floor, but it is not justification for it to be so dirty, less so in these conditions. It was just the lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las enfermeras en general buen servicio a la hora de hacer los estudios. Sin embargo, la recepcionista 2 deja muchísimo que desear, es grosera con los pacientes y agresiva en su trato. Eviten ir a esa sucursal... PESIMO SERVICIO DE ESA DISQUE RECEPCIONISTA.
Nurses in general good service when doing the studies. However, receptionist 2 leaves a lot to be desired, she is rude to patients and aggressive in her treatment. Avoid going to that branch... AWFUL SERVICE FROM THAT RECEPTIONIST.
