★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo! un familiar fue a hacerse el estudio para la detección del covid-19 y sus resultados los pusieron en el número de folio de otra persona! eran Positivos, se perdió mucho tiempo y mi familiar estaba muy enfermo!? se tardaron un mes es devolver el dinero y esa prueba no es nada barata, y la encargada ya no daba la cara, sólo nos decía que hablemos con jurídico y nos daba largas pero jamás nos dió el número.
 Appalling! A relative went to be tested for the detection of covid-19 and their results were put in the folio number of another person! They were Positive, a lot of time was lost and my relative was very ill! ? They took a month to return the money and that test is not cheap, and the manager no longer showed her face, she only told us to talk to the legal person and gave long but never gave us the number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No debería ponerles ninguna estrella pésimo servicio sobre todo la enfermera química o lo se que sea la que abre la puerta pues no te deja ni hablar no se porque están ahí si no les gusta atender con amabilidad dejan mal parado al laboratorio con su atención tan pesima nunca contestan teléfono y siempre están de malas
I shouldn't give them any stars, terrible service, especially the chemical nurse or whatever it is that opens the door, because she won't even let you talk, I don't know why they are there, if they don't like to attend with kindness, they leave the laboratory in a bad way with their terrible attention. La persona super descortés señalando que ellos podían cambiar su horario en cualquier momento pues el sitio web manejaba otros horarios.
Pésimo servicio al cliente, si no quieres perder tu tiempo y dinero mejor acude a otro sitio
